There is an energy vortex going into the ground just behind the Tor and halfway down the hill. Freddy found it with the dowser and counted the number of spirals. There were nine. He then had us form two intersecting lines like a Celtic cross and we spun our energy into the ground by running around like a wheel three or four times. I think it was counter clockwise. Then we ran the other direction to release the energy. When he counted the spirals after this exercise there were 23.
