This piece is about choices that were never choices at all.
“Choose Red” reimagines an urban legend—where a spectral figure asks if you'd prefer red paper or blue, blood or suffocation, and either way, you vanish. But this isn’t about death. It’s about the illusion of agency.
The public restroom, sterile and symmetrical, becomes a confessional. A corridor where privacy should exist—but doesn’t. The figure isn’t asking anymore. It already knows your answer.
I wanted to show how fear thrives not in the dark, but in the places where we’re meant to feel most alone—and most safe.

“Resignations” captures the suspended stillness of a moment where the body, the vessel, and the environment dissolve into one long exhale of silence. Here, the figure lies curled beside a tub of crimson less an act of violence than a final surrender to emotional oversaturation. This image is not a spectacle of gore, but a meditation on exhaustion. The flaking paint, pale light, and muted palette echo a life drained of vitality, while the red seeping outward evokes memory, loss, and the heaviness of what lingers. This is an elegy for unspoken pain. Through this work, I explore how neglected spaces mirror internal erosion, and how proximity to beauty (light, water, rest) doesn’t always guarantee peace. As always, I work to capture emotional states as architecture interior decay as sanctuary.

Inheritance is a meditation on desire, memory, and the weight of objects. A hand, pale and preserved, reaches toward a ring that glimmers with too much meaning—beauty, status, legacy, maybe loss. Butterflies hover, like ghosts or watchers. Behind them, the brushstroke blurs history, and the frame suggests we’re seeing a captured moment—or perhaps a staged one.
Nothing here is alive, and yet everything pretends to be. That is the illusion of inheritance—not what we gain, but what we carry.

Not all decay devours. Some simply takes what is given.
“She Offered Herself to the Rot” is a portrait of stillness amidst collapse. The surrounding roots are not trees they are griefs that grew in silence. She does not fight them. She joins them.
This is not surrender. It is integration.
I wanted to capture what it looks like when someone no longer asks the world to remember her, but instead chooses to stay rooted, aware, unresisting.

Not all ruins collapse. Some open.
“She Stood Where the Wall Gave In” is a confrontation between the ornate and the inevitable. The architecture here isn’t just history it’s expectation. Culture. Gender. Beauty. Legacy.
And still, it buckles.
The red figure doesn’t mourn the loss. She acknowledges it. She doesn't avert her gaze. She is there to see it fall.
I wanted to depict the moment when everything meant to endure fails and someone finally faces it without flinching.

There are landscapes we walk not to find, but to name.
“The Fabric of What Was Left” is a reckoning with aftermath. The red folds underfoot are not clothing. They are remnants decisions, bodies, memories, undone vows. The storm ahead is not arrival. It’s acknowledgment.
The figure walks forward not because she is ready, but because everything else has already happened.
I wanted to build a space where grief became ground dense, soft, unignorable. Where you don’t rise above it. You move through it.

What do we inherit when memory rots in silence?
“Inheritance of the Forgotten” examines the burden of carrying what previous generations chose not to speak aloud. The red bundles below are not literal bodies—but emotional weight. Memories wrapped in shame, stitched shut, and left to decay.
The lone figure does not descend into ruin; she emerges from it. She walks with the cloth of silence trailing behind her, asking—what parts of our past are worth preserving, and what must finally be left to rot?
In this work, light is not redemption. It’s exposure. It is what happens when the secrets can no longer hide.

“Breath Left Behind” captures the quiet haunt of the inhale the trace of presence that remains even after the body moves on. This piece does not shout. It lingers. The smoke is both veil and exhalation, blurring the boundary between self and aftermath.
Where does the soul end?
Where does memory begin?
The composition invites the viewer not just to look, but to listen. To lean in. To feel the sigh suspended between absence and becoming.
