ONAC formed in 2000 to oversee the development of the Otara. It is made up representatives of community groups and agencies plus individual residents. These people all hold a vision of how they would like Otara to be and are passionate about working for the best interest of the Otara community. There are three key dimension to ONAC's work - overseeing community projects and initiatives, community action and strategic planning.
