This wine was made from Hermitage grapes grown on the sandy soils of our Long Flat Vineyard. It was picked during mid-vintage, open fermented and then matured in old 500 gallon French Oak casks until bottled. It is a medium bodied wine with soft lifted fruit on both the bouquet and palate which is balanced by a clean acid finish. I believe this wine is more suited for short term cellaring and that it will continue to soften and develop for the next 3-4yeards. 370ml.”

It shows distinctive earthy Hunter character on the nose and a comparatively high alcohol level. i found this old warning sign in my design school. nowdays it's disfunctional and the elevator isn't there anymore. back then the building was used as a mail sorting building, i think.
I believe it's calligraphy rather then designed letterset.

Identity I designed for a company that makes software for financial planning. I designed the logo to be a play on the name so that it would be something that would catch the eye. Also I used binary code for the trunk of the tree since binary is one of the basic codes for writing software. I also used binary code as a screen back to liven up the letterhead. I chose a serif font because I wanted to show that the company is not just fun and that they are serious about their work.

Tyrrell Winemaker. The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley has produced Red wines of outstanding quality similar to those of the now classic 1965 vintage. This wine was made from Hermitage grapes grown on the four acre vineyard and was picked late in vintage. The four acre vineyard is now our oldest producing vineyard block. This is a big old Hunter style with deep purple colour and showing full fruit character on both nose and palate. A small portion of this wine was matured in new Oak casks are the remainder in old French Oak which has add complexity to both the nose and palate. Label reads: “Winemakers selection. Vintage 1978 vat 9. Tyrrell’s Hunter River Dry Red. Estate bottled. Tyrrell’s Vineyards PTY LTD., Pokolbin N.S.W. Produce of Australia. Murray D. Tyrrell Winemaker. This wine was made from Hermitage grapes picked mid to late vintage from out four and eight acre vineyards. The fruit was in perfect condition with some dehydration of the berries which gave concentration of fruit, acid and sugar. The wine was matured for two months in small new Oak and then transferred to old five gallon French Oak casks until bottling. It is a full bodied style showing deep fruit flavour, firm tannin finished and distinctive earthy Hunter character. I believe this to be a typical old style Hunter Red. 370ml."

Label reads: “Vintage 1976 vat 94. Tyrrell’s Hunter River Cabernet Shiraz Malbec. Estate bottled. Tyrrell’s Vineyards PTY LTD., Pokolbin N.S.W. Produce of Australia. Murray D. Tyrrell Winemaker. This wine was made from a blend of 40% Cabernet, 20% Shiraz and 40% Malbec grapes grown on our Pokolbin vineyards. The wines were made separately and put together after six months. The blend then spent four months in new French Oak puncheons. It shows a deep purple colour and great fruit and complexity of flavour on the palate due to the admission of the Malbec variety. I believe this to be a top varietal style and one that will mature into a classic wine with 4-5 years bottle aging. 750ml.”

Label reads: “The 1977 vintage has produced white wines with full rich fruit character and the soft acid finish of the traditional Hunter White styles. This vintage the grapes were subject to extremities of weather conditions with hot, dry growing and ripening period and heavy rain during vintage. The Semillon grapes for this wine were picked at full maturity and in good condition from the old vines on our Short Flat vineyard. The juice was fermented cold in old German Oak casks and bottled in June, 1977 to produce a wine with great fruit flavour on the palate, a lifted bouquet and crisp acid finish. I believe this wine to be a true Hunter Semillon style and one that will develop and improve with many years bottle aging. Murray D. Tyrrell. Winemaker.”

There were several projects that I got to oversee, design, and guide the overall art direction to Hasana's marketing materials — a 16-page LookBook highlighting nine different collections of jewelry, the website is in development, but pages are still in development, Event Posters for the launch party, and 9 different informational cards defining the inspiration and designer for each collection of Hasana. To ensure adoption and workflow integration of display boards into visual management, users have the option of affixing document holders or dry erase sheets to the boards to make it easier and less time consuming for team members to update and change content.

Tyrrell Winemaker. This wine was made from Hermitage grapes picked during mid vintage from our N.V.C. Vineyard. With the ideal weather conditions leading up to and during vintage we picked a larger than normal crop in excellent condition off this vineyard. The wine is medium to full bodied, has good colour and is of a fine elegant well balanced Hunter Burgundy style. It was matured only in old French Oak 500 gallon casks before bottling in April, 1980. At this this stage the Vat 5 has not developed as quickly as other wines, but I believe that when bottled it will continue to improve and develop for many years. 370ml.”
