On Friday, January 29, Gary Kirksey, an associate professor of Visual Communications completed final adjustments at the VisCom Gallery for the exhibit, A Photographic Retrospective Kyra Kurt Willner. This exhibit was lovingly curated by Kyra’s closest friends and mentors in VisCom. The exhibit includes self portraits, portraits of friends, and projects completed for her major in Commercial Photography. The gallery will open after a celebration of Kyra’s life, being held at Hillel at Ohio University on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 1pm. To achieve this look, we used 1-color offset printing and letterpress only on the envelope flap. There are a total of five components: cover design, wedding info card, map/RVSP card, die-cut key and A7 envelope, and they are all printed on Crane's Letra Pearl White 21pt. The three main cards are held together by a single black ribbon and accented by a hint of green in the key design.
