Taken December 9th 2017 whilst on a business trip to New Delhi. I was fortunate enough to be taken to see the Taj Mahal with a private tour included.
I quite liked the framing of this shot with the foreground interest silhouetted out. I hope you like it...

Photography’s new conscience

Two lovers embrace down by the water in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. My first visit to the City of Lakes in Rajasthan, and currently loving it. I think I prefer the Black and white cropped edit.
I took my favourite shot of the year right back in January on Temple Beach in Mahabalipuram in India. I love the low perspective, the vibrant red colours of the fabric and the happy look on the woman captured candidly. A cropped edit of a previously uploaded image, taken with the Canon 5D4 and the 50mm 1.4 lens.

Looking down on two waiters taking a break and using their mobile phones. Taken in Shimla, the Capital Town of Himachal Pradesh, India.
On the way to leh there is a place called more plains beautiful and place where you can relax and enjoy the view. This stretch of 40 km falls in between Leh and Sarchu on Leh–Manali Highway. This road has an average elevation of 4800 metres and is flanked by mountain ranges on both sides. At some places the road runs along the Sumkhel Lungpa river featuring some stunning sand and rock natural formations.

Afternoon light over the woodlands surrounding Malana ,an ancient Indian village in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The only village in the Malana Nala, a side valley of the Parvati Valley northeast of the Kullu Valley, it is isolated from the rest of the world.

One of the famous pieces from architectural history is this music hall of Vittala Temple complex, Hampi. Those pillars are musical, when stuck they produce different sounds and he hall within amplifies it. Although pillars are banned from touching, one can hear some sounds by a critter or bird hitting those pillars, if they are lucky :)

Last light on the hike back from Malana, an ancient Indian village in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

The sunset by the bank of river Ganges at Diamond Harbor, India. This small tinsel town is situated at the east coast - about 55km from Calcutta. It used be called as Hajipur before the colonial era. The town was once a gateway of Portuguese and British East Indian Company traders. The river Ganges creates worlds biggest delta with Bay of Bengal that starts from here. Pristine beauty of nature is everywhere. Well worth of visit.
My brother-in-law helped me identifying some unexplored photospots like this - a fishermen village.
Kuttralam - a famous waterfall in South Tamilnadu. The river Tamaraparini rises in the Podhigai hills and flows across the rocks, becoming the Kuttralam, before flowing through the plains and emptying at the Bay Of Bengal.
In all, there are 4 major sections of the Kuttralam waterfall area.
A common site on many beaches in India, the Candy floss seller! Here one walks the beach at the end of the day at Alappuzha Beach in Alleppy, Kerala.
