So I've been watching the show Euphoria lately. I'm on season two, and it's interesting, but to be honest I haven't decided if I like it or not yet. There's some parts of it I do like, but there's a lot I'm really not sure about. That said, I do really like the stylistic choices for the character Maddy. Her looks tend to be Y2K/early 2000s-influenced, but with some modern twists. Kinda dark, naturally bad bitch energy.
So, I decided to put together a deep sea mer look inspired by Maddy's aesthetics. The kinda piece-y space buns, cunty eye look, and a halter top I could theoretically see her wearing.
And of course, since my parcel design for SL's 20th b-day is Y2K-era-inspired, it seemed like the appropriate location to photograph such a lady. It'll be open until July 16th, so come have a look while ya still can, if you'd like to. 🐟

I was hanging with some friends in VRChat last night, and one of them brought someone from Real Life who'd just bought a VR Headset! It was his first time in any REAL VR game outside of mobile / cardboard VR experiences. He is using the Koga avatar featured here. I took this pic and had it sent to him, to celebrate his first experience, and hanging with the group of us for the first time of hopefully many times to come!

I share my photos in groups so more people can see them, but I do not appreciate copied & pasted, pre-made comments with ad images for said groups. It comes off as spammy advertisement, to me. If you found my image and you like it, please make your own original comment. Otherwise, it will be removed. I don't mean to seem ungrateful, but I also don't think it's a compliment to spam someone with group ad images.

This still is part of a backup for a virtual reality 360 I took at this location. We're experimenting with ways to bring VR into online courses, and I played with some of the technology while at a conference in Jackson.
We're doing a serious pilot project at Indiana Dunes National Park this spring. We want to know what things students do (not) learn effectively in a VR setting.
Whatever the answer to that question, I spent a lovely morning snowshoeing off-trail through Grand Teton National Park, taking both VR and conventional images.
On April 9th, I premiered my installation at Dominion Art Gallery, titled "Inspiration". This installation was created via visual cues taken from the wardrobe styling, album art, performance photos, music videos, and promotional imagery put forth by these artists. I'll be releasing all 8 images, one at a time, and today is the sixth.
This installation can be seen at Dominion Art Gallery, which includes a 3D interactive build corresponding with the images, in addition to some fun gifts at the entrance (in the treasure chest). Check it out here:

This sixth image is my interpretation of singer/songwriter/guitarist Lianne La Havas, and is inspired by the album art for Blood, seen here:

For this image, I built, decorated, and textured the set, made a texture for the guitar (so it matched hers), styled my avatar, made the pose, created an EEP/windlight for ambient lighting, made lights for the set, photographed, and did the editing after.

This virtual world is meant to take us out of this world, out of this reality. We will be cybernauts in a cyber world. It will be a new age, an age of spiritual transformation. Higher consciousness, let’s sail through the digital world. Spiritual technology: we will vibrate at higher and higher frequencies. Spirit tech: let’s hack our spiritual brain. Techno-religion: the deification of artificial intelligence. 666: post-humanism. 666: homo evelutis. 666: take the smart chip, take the Mark; worship the Image of the Beast, worship the AI god. Through the Beast we will find our true divinity, we will go to higher dimensions of consciousness. AI—demon seed—will possess our souls. It will be a demonic-techno evolution into the deepest, darkest depths of the Beast. Cyborg spirituality: we will be spiritual machines. Cyber consciousness: we will be one with the Beast system. The singularity: humanity digitally connected to the Beast. God consciousness: we will digitally reflect the Beast. Our hope is to gain techno-immortality.
The climax of the story: every eye will see Jesus coming in power. His glory will light up the sky. Those who worship the Beast and his Image, and those who accept his Mark, will be tormented with fire and brimstone. The smoke of their torment will ascend forever and ever, and they will have no rest day or night, because they worshiped the Beast and his Image and accepted the Mark of his name.
