I have been online for a long time....Chat rooms, MMORPG’s, and Virtual Worlds...A lot of good times and a lot of bad times...We always seem to talk about all the bad things when we discuss that part of our lives. The heartbreak and the drama... The hurt and the pain.... “Playas” and “Liars”... In every life you are going to have these people, but we don’t allow the same type of talk in our real lives. Seems like we just move on and talk about all the good things in our real lives, but in a virtual world the bad seems to take precedence over the good...
Recent events has really made me think about a lot of things....virtual life vs. real life...
You want to believe that they are similar in the way they work. You make people part of your everyday life, but do you really know them... Its rather sad at times...You laugh with them...They laugh with you and everything is great...but then there is the bad...Are the same people your friends??.... There will always be a few who really are your friends and there are others who just like the ride when things are good...The worst part of all is that most people never really realize who their real friends are. The ones who will go that extra mile when the time is needed.
Now I know that I am not perfect...I have let friends down in their time of need...
A very special one...and I am sorry for that....I froze...Not like me, but I am human and it happens...I hope one day I am forgiven.....
I still hurts to lose people in your life who you thought was a friend.... Especially one who you really had a special place for you your heart as a friend....Those tend to hurt really bad and it brings us down....As bad as it hurts you have to remember that if they let a friendship fail then in the long run they are the ones who lose out.... Just gotta pick your head up, smile, and remember the true friends you have....I think I have figured some of it now and understand and I wanna thank you, because you are a very special part of my life and I will always do my best to be there for you in good and the bad....We may not always get along....but we will always be there for each other..... Thank you to a beautiful set of people who I have not have had a chance to get to know RL but a solid rock in SL...Thank you: Gita, Skycat, Korri, Dave, J, Annastasia, Tyesia, Katiya, Dolly, Chazzy, Jen (my Wing Queen), Clarrice, Eurydice, Lash, Gbaby, Lana....(If I missed you Im sorry, send me a email and yell at me *lol*)Thank you for making SL a very special place!! *hugzzz*
There are a few who I wish that I could have added to the list..and I will always care for, but they don’t feel the same....but as I have found out... Sometimes you win...Sometimes you lose....Sometimes....It Rains!
