The other day I was talking to my dear friend Sammie about gardening and her wonderful garden that often gets the visits of foxes, which I absolutely love. I grew up with Brit Coms, at a time when if something was on the TV, you actually needed to stop what you were doing to watch it or you’d miss it.

Shows like Yes, Prime Minister, Keeping Up Appearances, Black Adder, Fawlty Towers, 'Allo 'Allo! and Absolutely Fabulous, were amongst my very favourites, and till this day I use many expressions and catchphrases I’ve learned from watching those shows on my RL daily life – “Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once!" spoken out loud with a French accent is one that I love using at the office.

Absolutely Fabulous was eccentrically insane, the main characters some of the most wild and daring, that would make me cry from laughter every single episode. So, fast-forward to last night, and I am chatting with Maria, about her inworld name change to So. Fabulous (which of course she totally is!) and I said if I had know that was available I might have considered to change mine to Absolutely Fabulous because of the show. “Do it!”, Maria said, and after a ton of giggles with Maria and some hesitation from me as I had never even considered a name change, I just went ahead and did it LOL

Thank you, Maria So Fabulous, for the laughter and for giving me the push to do this. You made a very tough day end with pure joy ♥

I have always been in love with light.

It magically can make the same picture look happy, dull, somber or electric. When PBR got to SL the possibilities became endless to me, but I did panic though. My laptop was in no way enduring Firestorm so I had to switch to Alchemy, saying goodbye to some of my preferred features like area search.

But, gosh, did I get so much more in return! Just take a second (or two!) to look at Salt's work of art on latex, Cat. The way the light falls on the flawless PBR textures of the overall, mask, boots, bento tail, gloves and claws is just insanely beautiful.

I dare you: take some time to play with PBR. No need to do something fancy. Just a nice PBR texture around you, add a reflection probe (or three!) and move them around you.
