The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District continues work on a Dismounted Soldier Training System, or DSTS, building on Caserma Ederle in Vicenza, Italy March 7, 2013. The DSTS provides Soldiers virtual training opportunities with computer-enhanced weapon systems. USACE Europe District is managing upgrades to the DSTS building including: painting of floor squares, installing electrical outlets, insulating the underside of the roof structure and installing a ventilation system.
