VISIONSONIC Festival October 29-31th 2009
Visionsonic is a cultural event presenting audio / video performances, shows, concerts, screenings and workshops emphasizing the dialog between artists and public. The projects presented in the center Madeleine Rebérioux (Créteil – France) and in the Cube ( Issy-les-Moulineaux – France) have in common the appropriation of the new technologies, music and the projection of images.
The VIXID video mixer was used for few workshops, shows and to broadcast this event on Live (TV Plaisance).
You can see photos of the François DEMANGES setup (one of the broadcast directors) with the VJX16-4 video mixer on the gallery named “François DEMANGES with VIXID @ VISIONSONIC Festival October 29-31th 2009”.

“ÆNIGMA, UN RECORRIDO POR EL TIEMPO” POR GEORGES WARD
2018. Duración: 6´26¨
“Para ver el mundo en un grano de arena, y el cielo en una flor silvestre, abarca el infinito en la palma de tu mano y la eternidad en una hora” (William Blake).
Esta videocreación está realizada a partir de las pinturas Ænigma (enigma en latín) finalizada en 2017 y Æenigma II de 2018, acrílico sobre tabla y acrílico sobre lienzo respectivamente. Estas obra que nos transportan al pasado. Nos hablan de la sabiduría en todos sus aspectos, una obra alquimista que pretende descubrirnos los elementos constitutivos del universo, una transmutación, el paso de la vida a la muerte y viceversa. Simbólicamente, la unión de Europa, África y Asia, materializa y resuelve el enigma, la incógnita, como si se tratara de un mapa del tesoro que está completo al unir los tres trozos de pergaminos (cada uno en distinto continente). El fondo de ambas obras recrea un mapa aéreo que nos recuerda las arenas del desierto, un pergamino antiguo o una plancha de cuero arrugado forjado por el tiempo, ello inspirado en mis visitas a tierras sirias desde mi infancia.

Photo taken during the making of a classwork. The light has been made with a cheap torch in an improvised set done with things I have in my house. I hate the university teachers who forget things...grrr...
Now I have to do the classwork...arghh... I won't to do it...It's so strange...videocreation is bad...XD
