The phone can shoot images to a larger screen like your PC monitor or a TV if you want and it has an enhanced phone book. That phone book will store 300 contacts and you can add photos to the contacts when a flash drive or SD card is installed. The device supports voice mail and has all the features we expect on a phone today like caller ID and more.

My girls gave me a call at work today and it got me thinking it's pretty cool that we live "in the future" and video calls are a common occurrence. Now I just need that flying car that folds into a briefcase and a dog named Astro.
Technology have grown up sophiscated it have brought the distance just close as ur laptop screen,
this boy here is my cousin and his parents are abroad..
they usully make videocalls over the internet, they want to feel closer to him always..
and this is what happens always when the call is about the end..
He kisses the screen of laptop.
Just shows the emotional state of a kid who is in the state of an eternal happines for
the time he have spent with his parents but still
i guess there is no technology that may replace, the touch care and love of a mother/father.

Today marks my baby sister's 29th birthday. This makes me feel terribly old, as in my head she's barely older than sixth form college age (certainly, she still behaves that way a lot of the time! :oP). So as i am four and a half older than her (never forget the half!), I do feel a little aged.
As she lives about 200 miles away in Glasgow, and we were both working today, Happy Birthday had to be sung over the phone. Still, thanks to the wonders of 3G video calling, we could also wave at each other too :o)
Anyway, much more importantly, Marie has decided to mark the year leading up to her 4th decade by doing her own 365. Hurrah!!! Nothing to do with a little sibling encouragement, of course! ;o)
If you'd like to have a look at how she's getting on, you can see it all right here

Submitted as a challenge to the Flickr group A Certain Slant of Light for August 15: Connection
As midnight approached on August 15 in Mongolia, my family was eating breakfast and preparing to meet the day. Here we share a moment of laughter around our (virtual) kitchen table.
Still not the same as the real thing, though--not even close. I miss them a lot but am grateful for the technology which at least alleviates some of the pain of being apart.
