It's time to discover what the beverage, freight and battery companies have known for many years! Having your hand truck readily available on the exterior of the vehicle offers many ergonomic, productivity and safety advantages as it provides a powerful list of payback benefits. Now you can do it safely and you're guaranteed to save route time, reduce lifting, climbing, reduce falls, increase cargo space and prevent worker compensation injuries.
We can't stress enough; that if you're using rubber straps, bungee cords, cables, chains or any type of flexible tie-down method to secure your hand trucks aboard the exterior of your delivery trucks; PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY! We've seen the property damage, the highway accidents and the physical injuries. Your own insurance company can also verify and document our findings. It takes more time and it involves more lifting, reaching and climbing, but.... by all means, secure your hand truck within the cargo area, (as required by DOT safety regulations) if you don't have an HTS Ultra-Rack. We would rather see your drivers damage freight or pull a back muscle, than cause an auto accident and injure anyone on the interstate. It's true the exterior of the delivery vehicle is a superior location and a more ergonomic method for storing and transporting your hand truck. Make it a safe place out there for your drivers and for everyone, by ordering your new Hand Truck Sentry System today!
There are 15 excellent reasons to outfit and equip your delivery fleet with an HTS Ultra-Rack! The three most important benefits are safety, route time and fuel savings. We care about what you think of our HTS Ultra-Racks and new product innovations. Why do we care? Because nobody knows your delivery business, route operations and equipment better than you! You told us what the HTS Ultra-Rack needed to do and that you expected quality and performance. We selected from only the top rated automotive latch and automotive electrical component suppliers. We build our HTS units from high quality and proven truck parts. An innovative technology and ergonomic process that allows your route drivers to work smart, not hard; saving you money every business day!
Every month large companies will spend millions of dollars marketing their products, advertising and protecting their brand's positioning, identity and reputation. Just one accident resulting in a serious injury or death caused by negligence can damage the reputation and inadvertently change the confidence and opinion of the buyer towards the brand's name. This consumer perception may take years to overcome, even if the company is later found not negligent or liable for a highway accident! Adverse media exposure that focuses on a brand name vehicle can have dire consequences.
When we visit with our HTS customers and their route drivers we discovered that most beverage distributors and food service employees are very protective as they proudly express their loyalty and quality of their company's products and brands. Companies have long known that employee professionalism, attitude and appearance are extremely important to protect the brand's image. Providing new technology or equipment that allows route drivers to accomplish their tasks safer, faster and easier reduces daily stress and dramatically improves a driver's confidence and attitude.

Okay, guys. We are now going to take the new 2011 Toyota Sienna for a spin. Not only is it beautiful on the outside, but it's beautiful on the inside. Hop on in here with me. I'm going to show you all about it.
All right guys, in the Sienna, I want you to take a look at a couple features as we take this out for a spin on the road. First and foremost is your DVD touch screen, voice-activated navigation system. This features a four CD-capable holder in it. So, you can put your four favorite listening CDs in there. And touch button to close. You can activate what you want it to do with the voice-activated. You also have the Bluetooth integrated into the steering wheel.
As we're looking at the steering wheel, two different features on it. Number one: you have the nice wood grain finish. This is the limited model, and you'll notice wood grain throughout the front of the compartment as well, and it also has leather grips on the steering wheel. You have audio controls built into the wheel right here, and you have a nice, lighted heads-up display, which turns up nice and bright in the day time, and it's not too bring and distracting at night time as you're driving down the road.
If you take a look at the front center of the vehicle, right here in the front, you have a smaller screen. That's a multi-informational display. That's going to tell you everything on the car from when it runs a system check, to when you first start it up it's going to check the tire pressure. What it has up there right now is a clock, and it shows your temperatures in the front cabin of the vehicle. You can set your driver temperature and your passenger temperature separately on there to keep your passenger-- if they get a little bit hotter than you might get as you drive down the road. You also have rear temperature controls on a Sienna van on specific models. Especially with the limited. It's a tri-zone temperature control as well.
Back to the stereo, it also features FM capability, AM capability, and satellite radio capability as well. It has an auxiliary port so you can plug in your MP3 player or iPod players into their stereo system.
On the front, if you pan over to the glove box, you have a duel glove box and you can open up the top level as well with a simply touch right there. It opens up and has duel stacking spaces. So, if you wanted to keep your registration or other important documents on top, you just stack them right on top.
Follow me back to the multi-informational display. It has several pre-settings on the computer. Just by touching the info button down here where my index finger is, you can switch through it. Right now it's at a distance to empty which is also commonly referred to as a “cruising range.” You can check your average speed, check your trip timer if you want to set your race times on a trip or how long it takes you to go on vacation. Average fuel economy's also displayed.
One of the newer features in the 2011 Toyota Sienna is an eco-drive. As this bar goes up and down it lets me know how I'm being most green for the environment and economically, gas speaking, driving the most economically friendly that I could indicated by the bar and the heads-up display. Also features an exterior temperature gauge. And, if you follow me up to the rear view mirror where you look at the cars behind you, I'm going to point out that this has three separate Homelink transceivers on it. Those Homelink transceivers are where you would set your garage door opener, exterior lighting, or if you have a gate on your community. If you have several different properties, you can set different garage door openers in there as well.
This is an auto-dimming rearview mirror, which simply means that if the lights behind you are too bright, it's going to dim them automatically so it doesn't distract your eye from the road. Very important that you have a nice, safe drive in a Toyota. These are the safest cars out there on the road and one of the most reliable. You also have a compass. If you don't like the direction of the compass, on your mirror you can actually turn that off with the simple touch of a button as well.
Up here on the roof you have one other feature I'd like to show to you. First and foremost, you can put your sunglasses right here in the center, but you also have a conversation mirror there as well. And that's so that you can keep your eyes on the little ones that are in the back as you're driving down the road. And that folds down very nice, very easy. All of your rear-door controls and rear-hatch controls for the power doors are located on the rear. You also have touch button lights here in the center as well. Vanity illuminated mirrors behind the sun visors also.
This has a seven-passenger airbag system, which has a driver front, passenger front, side curtain airbags, a driver's knee airbag, and the side curtain air bags also go all the way down through all three rows of the vehicle.
With your air conditioner controls in a Sienna model, on a limited you'll notice a nice chrome finish that are on there as well. As we pointed out before, you have volume controls on the wheel and you can also control your radio with the volume controls in the center as well.
Twelve cup holders all together in the 2011 Sienna. Here's the two that are in the front for the driver passengers. You also have two in the center where you can set storage as well in the center consol. Nice little push tab that opens up to a storage center as well.

Hey, guys, continuing with the 2011 Toyota Sienna, I'm going to show you why riding in the interior of one of these on any road trip is riding in style. First of all, you have two captain's chairs with folding arm rests on both sides. It also features and 8-passenger model as well where the seat runs all the way across.
With these rear seats in the 2011, one of the new benefits is that the seats slide all the way forward and all the way back, giving your rear passengers plenty of leg room. The seats also recline when it's time to rest and also comes up as well. And it also features folding foot rests. Is that traveling in class or what?
Power rear door that folds closed with the push of just one button. As you notice as that folds in. This is a limited, so you're going to notice a nice wood grain finish on the exterior. One-touch auto button that goes down all the way where the mirror will come down about 75% closed. And when it is time to take a nap on that long trip, pull up your sun shade and hook it on top. Blocks out the sun as you travel down the road.
Now also, when you stop and it's time to refill and refresh, you have a sliding drink holder that comes all the way back so that your drinks and refreshments and beverages are easy to access. It also has a bottle holder down here in the door.
Other features in the rear of the 2011 Toyota Sienna, leather seat back pockets for storing magazines and reading materials. Also features a hook here as well. You can put a garbage on here as well to collect all those straw wrappers, napkins, all the throwaways that the little ones are using in the back or the big ones are using in the back as well. Featured on the passenger's seat and on the driver's seat as well.
One of the nicest features that we're going to show you again later is this 16 1/2 inch dual screen, which you can watch DVDs on and also play video games separately so the kids, when one wants to play and one wants to watch the show, you can please them all in the 2011 Toyota Sienna. Let's take this for a spin.
Part 4 of 4 - The 2011 Toyota Camry LE
321-453-1313
Okay, guys, taking a look at the trunk in the 2011 Toyota Camry LE, the first thing you're going to notice is when the trunk lid opens up, it opens up past the 180 degrees. It's engineered and designed to be that way so that when you're loading your cargo into and out of the trunk, you don't bump your head like you do on a lot of our competitor's models.
Also, you're going to notice the ease of releasing the rear seats. They are located right there. You don't have to bend over to get inside and pull down a little latch to release it. These are 60/40 split rear seats. That means that you can lay down both in the back; 60% of the seats on one side and 40%'s on the other.
Now, underneath the cargo mat in the back, you have your spare tire located underneath there with the jack and all of the equipment. If you can get a shot of this over here on the left side, I call that the egg saver. When you pick up your groceries, you can put your eggs, your milk, your drinks right in there so they don't roll around and squoosh the rest of your groceries.
One last thing I'd like to show you on this vehicle, if you can get a look at this, color-keyed rear lip spoiler, and around the side of the vehicle, you also have ground effects, chrome exhaust tips on the bottom, and a sport package that gives it a nice sporty look. When you come around and take a look at the wheels, those are BBS rim. And even on the front of the vehicle, in the Camry's fit and finish, you have a nice designed chrome finish all the way around the front grill. Ground effects in the front with quad lamps as well.
As you'll notice, this model has a red bow on top of it. You should pick one up for Father's Day, a graduation gift. Come see us. Visit us on the web at www.MikeErdmanToyota.com or give us a call at 321-453-1313. Thanks for visiting.

Part 1 of 5 - The 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited www.MikeErdmanToyota.com
321-453-1313
Hi, guys. Richard Nail here with Mike Erdman Toyota, here to take a look at the 2011 Toyota Sienna. I’m going to crack the hood for you. I want to show you what makes this engine so great.
As you come around the side, you’re going to notice a nice chrome finish on the front. In the black in the limited, that is an advanced technology package which features Dynamic Radar Cruise Control right underneath that center piece. All of the 2011 Toyota Siennas feature a 3.5-liter, V6 engine, which has dual variable valve timing with intelligence. It basically monitors your engine performance and your fuel efficiency.
All Toyotas are built with double-thick seals all the way around the compartment. That’s so you have a nice, quiet ride when you drive down the road. Underneath the side, you’ll see little bump wells. That’s crumple-zone technology, so the engine’s designed to fold up like an accordion instead of pushing everything back into the driver's compartment. Also, reinforced j-hooks on the hood to hold it in one piece and keep it from going through the windshield. And in the headlamps, in the limited, that’s a high definition H.I.D. headlamp, High Intensity Discharge headlamp, which means it lights up the road for better performance as you’re driving down the road. Makes objects in the road easier to see and more visible.
Here on the front of the 2011 Toyota Sienna in the middle of the chrome grill, you’re going to notice this little piece right here. This is the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control where it’s hidden in the vehicle. And what that does is, you’re following a vehicle down the highway, it emits a laser beam, so you set your following distance. If the car in front of you slows down, it automatically senses and backs off. Now, underneath this, once I pop the hood, it is a metal sensing unit only, meaning it will only sense metal so that if leaf or any type of debris that's not metal blows across the road, it’s not going to mess up your current cruising speed. Metal-sensing only, and that is the advanced technology that is featured in this Toyota van.
In the driver's compartment it features clear canisters in your fluid compartments, and that’s for ease of use and maintenance as an owner. The “O” on the oil dipstick always lets you know where it’s located at. And you’ll find no transmission stick on these new engines because it’s a sealed transmission where the fluid is rated up to 100,000 miles. Therefore, you never need to change it. Now, if you have any questions about the 2011 Siennas, give us a call at 321-453-1313, log on to your computer: www.MikeErdmanToyota.com. Thanks!

We're going to try and demonstrate the cruise control on a 2011 Toyota Sienna. We are going at a nice speed here, and we're going to set the cruise control, and then we're going to set the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control as well.
Okay. The Radar Cruise Control is set, and we're going down the road. It stays at a safe following distance to the vehicle in front of you. So, we're cruising at about 54 miles per hour. As the vehicle that your following starts to slow, my vehicle starts to slow as well automatically. So, I have no foot on the brake, and my vehicle is decelerating right now as we speak, almost to a complete stop. As the vehicle in front of me speeds up, and my vehicle starts accelerating now as well. No foot on the accelerator. It's going to keep the exact same following distance for the speed that you're at. So, if the vehicle in front of you tends to slow down, it's going to stay right behind at the set speed that's most safe for the driver.
Now, this is the 2011 Toyota Sienna. Once traffic clears here, I'm going to give you a good view of the vehicle. It's absolutely beautiful. I take my cruise control off. You're going to see the front chrome grill on the front. If you zoom right in to the center of that front chrome grill, you're going to be able to see the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control unit that's housed in the black square in the center.
It's an absolutely marvelous looking vehicle. Rides very, very nice and smooth. Nice, quiet ride. Your family's safe. Five-star crash rated vehicle. Airbags throughout. Seven standard in all models. And when you travel in the 2011 Toyota Sienna, you're going to be traveling in style.
It features a 16 1/2 inch DVD entertainment system in the rear. And it also has a dual split screen. So if the kids are fighting, and one child wants to play the video games and the other one wants to watch the movie, hey, they can have it all. They can do it both.
Guys, I want to thank you for taking a ride in the 2011 Toyota Sienna. I want you to take one last look at this. And if you have any questions about what we have in our inventory, feel free to visit us at www.MikeErdmanToyota.com or give us a call at 321-453-1313. As always, thanks for visiting, and take a look at our inventory. Give us a call.

Part 2 of 5 - The 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited www.mikeerdmantoyota.com 321-453-1313
Okay, guys, taking a look at the rear of the 2011 Toyota Sienna, we're going to go over the features of the back before we take this for a spin. The first feature is the power rear third-row seat. And it's a one-touch button, so you just hold it down right here on the top. Folds up both sides. Then into a sitting position. Once you fold it up and lock it in, as you can see, this side's controlled by itself and that side's going as well with no hands. you do have to hold the button down until it locks into place. These third-row seats also recline a little bit for the rear passengers. This on the 2011 Sienna Limited, you do have a two-tone leather package. A little bit harder to see there. We'll show that as we go through the vehicle a little bit later.
But I want you to look at what makes the 2011 Toyota Sienna such a popular model. Look at all of the storage space you have underneath here. Also when the third-row seat is all the way up.
If you can look down at the bumpers here, you have color keyed radar sensors. That's going to be standard on all of the Toyota Limiteds. You also feature and H.I.D. wrap around brake light right here. It wraps around the side of the vehicle so that when you tap the brakes, you're also going to be seen from the side as well.
And if you look up on the tailgate, when you get ready to close it, it's a one-touch button. Push it once, it closes automatically. That feature is also controlled in the key fob as well, so that when you're walking out of the supermarket with your groceries, you can hold down your key fob and can open it up before you get back to the vehicle. Let's go around the side and take a look in. But before we do that, if you have more questions or want to check our inventory, please give us a call at 321-453-1313 or log on to MikeErdmanToyota.com.
Part 2 of 4 - The 2011 Toyota Camry LE
321-453-1313
Taking a look at the other interior features inside the Camry. As you come to the center dashboard, once again you see the dark wood grain trim. You have nice, big, ergonomically designed controls, and that's so you don't have to take your eyes off of the road. You can reach down. They're easy to find. You have your fan control, you have your thermostat control in the center, and then you have your source control for the air conditioner.
With the radio, as it lights up, it's not distracting to the eye for the night time driving. It also features 6 presets, where you can save your favorite radio stations in there as well.
In the center console, you're going to notice two cup holders underneath that wood grain fold-over, a storage console in the center as well, and a gated shifter. The gated shifter helps to keep you into reverse, into neutral, or into your drive gear. That "S" is for sequential shift. This is the only 4-cylinder mid-sized that features a 6-speed transmission, and that helps maximize your fuel efficiency. As you'll notice in the dash display, it lights up nicely. And once again, driver's side airbag in the front seat, passenger-side airbag, side-curtain airbags that deploy along all of the windshields, and it also features side-seat airbags that deploy out of the front driver's seat and passenger seat for your safety. The Camry also, as a mid-sized sedan, features a driver's knee-side airbag. There aren't many other manufacturers of automobiles on the road in the United States that feature knee-side airbag in their mid-sized sedan. That deploys right here underneath the wheel.
Let's take a look in the back.

Part 3 of 4 - The 2011 Toyota Camry LE
321-453-1313
As we take a look inside the 2011 Toyota Camry LE in the rear seat, first thing you'll notice is the nice leather interior throughout the car. In the center console, it has a folding armrest that folds down, with two cup holders there as well. In all Toyota makes and models, one thing you'll notice that you won't see in our competitors' sedans, if you'll come down to the floor, is the nearly-flat floor in the rear. This is a 5-passenger sedan, so if you ever have a passenger who gets in the center, they won't have their feet raised up this high. And that is a big difference for passenger comfort in the rear of the vehicle.
As you can see, in a reclined position, you have plenty of shoulder room, leg room, hip room -- spacious throughout. Also, for the safety of your passengers in the rear of the vehicle, side-curtain airbags that deploy along the side walls. Inside of the doors are reinforced tubular steel beams to keep the car from tin-canning in on you in the event of a side impact.
This is a 5-star crash rated vehicle in the side, government crash-test ratings. So, let's take a look in the truck now.
