Yesterday was a beautiful day we sat out on the sun porch. Maggie had her Valentine's coat on for it was alittle chilly but sunny and beautiful.
thought i'd bring this back around for valentine's day.

Used some black material over a small table, and then my dark black backdrop beyond (I held it in place during the 30 second exposure).
The light here is from our lower level gas fire place / heater. It was put to use these past few extra cold days. It also gives off some nice low level lighting.
Used that light here for this 30 second capture at ISO 100. With the black table top and backdrop, this vase seems to be floating there in space.
