This is the Hokie stone memorial for Mary Read. Mary lived on my daughter's floor in East Campbell. Although they were not close friends, the loss hit hard. Mary grew up in the same town as my cousins.

... between a porcupine and a BMW (or Porsche or Mercedes)? The porcupine has the pricks on the outside. The S2000 isn't pretentious; it's engineered (4 cyl., 240 HP, 8,000 RPM red-line w/v-tech active at 6,000). But the #1 reason to own one ... fastest rag-top in the world (I think:) I once read that the "big 3" American automakers had become marketing companies, while Honda and Toyota remain engineering companies that sell cars.

This is a Vtech toy and so it has lights and music and it is very entertaining. The yellow shell of the snail is a large dome that has flowers and bees embossed in it. There are five buttons with cute insect pictures on them, colored red, purple, orange, green and blue. There are also five red tinted lights on the unit and they have cute shapes: flower, sunshine, moon and two music notes.
The child can push the switch to the left for musical play and to the right for word play. There is a volume control switch
