There's a hill that can be seen from some places on the VMware campus. There are several trees along the ridge, and this one tree in particular always looked neat. This week's challenge gave me a reason to shoot it.

VMWare allows me to run the bootcamp partition inside MacOSX (and other OSs, such as the new Windows7 demo of the next Win OS after Vista). Hmmm one accumulates all the usability issues of each operating system, not to mention having to pay for them all...

One of the 4 ESX servers (a BL460 blade) entering maintenence mode. With DRS and Vmotion, all the VM's'running on it are automatically moved to the other 3 hosts. This happens without anyone noticing. I fucking love this technology.
