This is part of my daily morning training, and nothing else.

After walking and working with some postures and inner images, a short choreography emerges, that's what you see in this Butoh vlog.

The music you hear is not what I was listened to when I was in the training, it was added later.

Después de caminar y trabajar algunas posturas e imágenes internas surge una pequeña coreografía; eso es lo que se ve en cada video de mi Vlog de Butoh.

Casa Jose is a Filipino restaurant serving Kapampangan Cuisine.

Aside from the food, it's got a lot of vintage knick knacks, creepy dolls, paintings, collectible China, etc. Everything is for sale apparently - even the chandeliers.

After dinner, I had some halo halo from "the original" Razon's next door.

Working with Internal Body Zones (Zonas del cuerpo). This time working with Head and Seventh zone, the crown (Zona de la cabeza y séptima zona).

Diferent positions concentrating attention inside the zone. From intensity in low level till climax and back to low level.

This is part of a daily training, I don't have any aesthetic goal in doing it (even when using a video effect or choosing a particular part of that training).

This is a document of my daily artistic life.

Entrenamiento con zonas del cuerpo. Parte 3.

Trabajo con zonas del cuerpo, en esta ocasión con la zona de la cabeza y la zona séptima (coronilla). Cocentrando la atención en diferentes posiciones de la zona. Un proceso desde un bajo nivel de impulso hasta clímax y viceversa.

Este es parte de mi entrenamiento diario, no tengo ningún objetico estético en hacerlo (aún cuando el video tenga efectos o se haya escogido una parte en especial de ese entrenamiento). Mi interés es documental, documentar mi trabajo artístico y su proceso.
