A Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte passou a oferecer o serviço de reabilitação visual, que entrou em funcionamento neste mês no Centro Municipal de Oftalmologia (CMO), localizado na Rua Frederico Bracher Júnior, 103, no bairro Carlos Prates, na região Noroeste. Os principais usuários do serviço de reabilitação visual são pessoas com baixa visão e cegueira, de todas as faixas etárias. A reabilitação visual tem como objetivo treinar o paciente para atividades diárias e o desenvolvimento de habilidades para a participação nos processos de inclusão escolar, social e profissional.

La Cambra de Comerç de Girona ha obert les portes del finançament a emprenedors amb un projecte de negoci atractiu i innovador.
Entre les 20 propostes rebudes en resposta a la convocatòria de captació de projectes, el nostre equip tècnic n’ha fet una selecció que ha permès a 6 emprenedors presentar les seves idees de negoci davant un públic de potencials mentors, inversors i organitzacions empresarials. AN ACT ASSISTING STUDENTS WITHOUT LEGAL IMMIGRATION STATUS WITH THE COST OF COLLEGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2016) (a) In accordance with 8 USC 1621(d) and for institutional financial assistance available for the semester beginning in the fall of 2017 and for each semester thereafter, any person who is entitled to classification as an in-state student for tuition purposes pursuant to section 10a-29 of the general statutes shall be eligible to apply for and receive, to the extent permitted by federal law, institutional financial assistance to attend a public institution of higher education in the state from the funds set aside by the constituent unit, as defined in section 10a-1 of the general statutes, from the anticipated tuition revenue of the institutions of higher education under its jurisdiction for purposes of providing (1) tuition waivers, (2) tuition remissions, (3) grants for educational expenses, and (4) student employment for residents of the state enrolled as full or part-time matriculated students in a degree-granting program or enrolled in a precollege remedial program and who demonstrate substantial financial need.
b) Not later than January 1, 2017, the Board of Regents for Higher Education and The University of Connecticut shall establish procedures and develop forms to enable persons who are eligible for institutional financial assistance under subsection (a) of this section to apply for and receive, to the extent permitted by federal law, such assistance.
(c) Nothing in this section is intended to require or compel a public institution of higher education to match the amount of federal student financial aid a person eligible for institutional financial assistance under subsection (a) of this section would receive if such person was eligible for such financial aid.
(d) The Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut may adopt such policies as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

A visual comparison of BB86 and BSA 73mm. Basically both are identical in width and both place the bearings in the identical locations relative to the crank's spindle. BB86 is "inboard" while BSA 73mm is "outboard". BB86 gives me a bunch more wiggle room to keep chainring clearance and tire clearance without running out of BB shell width as so many times occurs with titanium chainstays.
