Odd. I'm unable to locate an original Living Stereo issue of this recording, and indeed, even this stereo budget reissue appear rare on Ebay. Could it be that the earlier "Plum" Victrola issue was the first stereo release of this recording?

Rosolino was one of the greatest jazz trombonists and was ever-present in LA recording studios for TV and movies. As I understand, he was the trombone soloist for the opening theme to the cartoon "Jonny Quest", composed by Hoyt Curtis.
