You should always have full information on the drug that you feel can produce dependence. Valium is a common drug for disorders of anxiety and tension, but the longterm use of the drug has known to produce addiction as well. Bad Idea No. 1: The Horse, for trying to get that bit of grass on the other side of the fence.
Bad Idea No. 2: The Doctor, for prescribing me valium for my bad back.
Bad Idea No. 3: Me, for taking the Doctor's "Island" dosage.
Bad Idea No. 4: Insisting on walking the 2 and 1/2 miles back to the cottage, having not been able to walk more than 10 metres before that.
Bad Idea No. 5: Not walking, but skipping.
Bad Idea No. 6: Taking photographic evidence of all of this.
