The Target Brownie Six-20 usually came with various art deco front plates, unlike this plain one. It was introduced in 1946 and discontinued in 1952. It used 620 roll film and sold for $3.50. It produced a 2 1/4" by 3 1/4" negative and had a lever to select two f stops of about f11 and f16. There was also a B setting. I like the wonderful little manual, which was not available on CD at the time. The camera also did not require firmware updates or online warranty registration.

One of the very first digital picture. This was at a time when western style toilets have not yet been very common in Japan. It says, when you make a big business, please take down the seat, for small business lift the toilet seat.

I absolutely love the design of this piece of packaging. In a way, it's very much a product of the (late) 1980s, but it's also pretty timeless. Or at least I think so. For more of my thoughts on this subject (and a few additional photos), check out this recent blog post: www.thegaygamer.com/2014/12/heres-to-best-65-bucks-ive-ev...
I bought my mom and iPod Touch for her birthday. She's never owned an MP3 player before so I decided it would be fun to make a little users manual to go along with it. Next...
I picked up the beauty above earlier this year and only paid about $65 for it--including shipping! And not only that, but the screen's in great shape (something that can't be said for the last GameBoy I acquired). Anyway, for more of the story behind this purchase (and for more photos of it, too), check out this blog post of mine: www.thegaygamer.com/2014/12/heres-to-best-65-bucks-ive-ev...
This was pulled from an old opto-mechanical mouse which used a serial RS-232 connector. The top of the mouse and the ball were missing, so I was unable to identify the model. I think it is made by Logitech since the package has that written on it.
This chip was designed in 1988 and it uses HCMOS and It was based off of the Motorola 6800.
This chip really lets my new camera show off its higher resolution / exposure time. It captures some details my phone would have only been able to see with a 40X objective.
