By sheer coincidence I worked on this model last night after looking at art work by Bob Parker - check it out on Google with the same title as this image.
We helped our client Gail Lozoff launch the first-casual restaurant chain, Einstein Bros. Bagels, in 1995. Her next restaurant concept was created around Neapolitan-style pizza and her love for Italian cycling. SPIN! is a “favoloso” fast-casual restaurant experience that is poised for national expansion. After the successful launch of the first location, Willoughby continues to extend brand experience to all additional locations and apply to various touchpoints including the website, the SPIN Bike Club, bike jerseys and additional in-store promotions including SPIN! Dough, which is a currency for their rewards program.
