I finally got to see them, and they were sending out love :)

(I've now replaced this photo with the original as I've been feeling unsure about having cloned out 9 starlings to 'neaten' the heart!! Cloned version now down in comments)

Unsure if this variety can help lower your cholesterol :)

Sighted this Hoopoe on the embankment road of a small lake - it was on the slope and standing still while 100's of Rosy Starlings around it were making a hullaboo. The bird just fledged I guess, maybe a day or two at best. The white wrinkles at the mouth are an indication of that. It was unsure, looking around and didn't fly away when I slowly approached the bird wondering if it was hurt in any way. It wasn't also hunting insects, just sort of looking curiously at the soil and grass nearby. As I came too close, it walked first for 6-8 feet and then flew another 5 feet and landed on the bank.

As the summer approaches, the dry season is visible - the grass is brown, soil is dry and loose. And the Hoopoe's are sighted often in the open grasslands and patches in the countryside. These are resident birds found in countryside open scrub and soft dirt roads where they are sighted digging up grub, worms and other insects. They are quite active in the mornings and are found solitary, though there are often 2-3 in 25 sq m area all foraging on their own.

Thank you so much in advance for your views, feedback and faves.

Unsure which one though.....

Sometimes we are unsure of where the road leads, but moving forward is, in reality, the only option. There's no looking back.

your story

write your story. whenever you need, close the

pages and begin a new chapter. scratch out the

things that don't belong. add in more of the things

that bring you joy. dream of your future and start

writing the adventure towards it. find the

characters that are meant to help you on your

journey, and that you are meant to help on their

journey. embrace the middle chapters when you're

unsure of what's to come and you aren't yet at the

climax, because they too, are full of excitement

and possibility. write your story because you are

the only one who can. write it with passion, write

it with love ... write a good one. ~Walk the Earth

Pretty unsure about this one here. Was definitly a challenge to take picture of. Going back to my maitreya body was interesting too. Suddenly had a wide range of clothes. Lol

Most products in this are by Aii, check out their store! Such amazing quality~

(p.s. I am very aware of my clipped tail. I'm just too lazy as usual to fix it. <3)

Unsure which lens this was, probably the Revuenon 55mm 1.2, but Edited in Aurora, custom filter AL 20

Unsure of what this flower is. Growing in many areas of our village.

Snow falls without asking,

twilight lingers, unsure whether to leave.

Two small shelters stand on the hill,

holding warmth against the quiet.

Here, between day and night,

hope does not shout

it rests,

patient as the light that remains.

💖 Thank you all for your kindness, support, awards, favs, and messages. Even if I do not always reply, I see every one of them, and I am truly grateful.

💖 You make Flickr a special place for me, and your encouragement means more than you know. As most of you have noticed and know, I have been more present in my real life since some time now, so I am not here on Flickr or in Second Life as much as I used to be, but I still appreciate each one of you for taking the time to look at my pictures and for all your uplifting encouragement.

It is already 13th of December and we are fast approaching Christmas as well as seeing another year coming to an end.

All the more reason to be gentle, thoughtful, and to take care of ourselves and one another.

I hope you are all enjoying this time of year, and not stressing too much with all the preparations for this years festive season.

Best wishes and regards to each one of you. Take good care of your self as well as one another, be kind as well as thoughtful towards others.

Huge warm hugs and much love,

Lori 💖

After stealing this rice cake the Vervet monkey was unsure what to do with it. Funny that just after one bite it decided this isn't food. Monkeys are not usually very discriminating with their food choices so what does that say about us?

Janavi M. Folmsbee was born in 1987 in Mumbai, India. She moved to the U.S. in 2005 to study at the School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Many of her works reflect the experiences she has on her worldwide scuba diving adventures. This wall painting was completed this year on the wall of a Houston Auction House on Sawyer Street.

Unsure what kind of Duck this is? your help would be appreciated

Unsure of species, they do not look like Hoary Head?

Unsure of what this Great Blue Heron wanted to communicate, or if it was just a stretch/yawn or a way to keep cool in the sun. Regardless, was fun to watch.

Not sure which pic I wanted to share, so there are three. 1/3

“I’ve finally given in, my eyes are shut under the blindfold. I can hear and smell, but I cannot see. My hands are clammy I feel cold yet I am warm. It is what I wanted, but I am now unsure, dubious yet at the same time excited and curious. I would like to think I feel a bit like Alice just before she fell down the hole into the rabbit hole. Yet there are no rabbits here… not even those of the rampant persuasion.”

Unsure of the name for this one but the colours were great.

Taken with the Takumar 55mm

Unsure of the name of this moth but it cooperated for a long time. It's textures and colors are unique !!

An extremely remote waterfall on Wasson Creek in the proposed Devils Staircase Wilderness, Oregon. I am unsure if it has a name, or has even been photographed before. Was a treat to descend into this wild place alone, and absorb its magic.

Unsure of the species on this, but I am leaning towards an Ommatius sp.

Unsure about this one but it keeps catching my eye. Possibly because i'd really like some more of these conditions before spring arrives, please. So, thought i'd put it up to gauge reaction. Taken back in November...

unsure of year, 1926-1931, this was absolutely amazing to see on a road I travel regularly (to see if there's anything at John Stewart's Lodge or in Ghent, and generally on the 5 mile stretch of road down there that I drive.) I look over and next to this old pole barn is something that's never been there before! I continue and spot the Giulietta and Quattroporte at John Stewarts, then come back. A deer is in the field behind grazing but dangit I couldn't get a shot with it and the barn and the car...

A Merry Little Christmas Now.. ♫♪

This year has been so different then I could have imagined. Finding new friends, being part of a group, focusing on healing my insides...

I am looking forward to new adventures for myself in 2025.

Merry Christmas my friends, and fam. You all know who you are, know I love you guys, and I am so deeply appreciative of all the support you have given an unsure, broken hearted girl.

Much love.. ♥

I'm unsure if it goes by another name, but this was one of many plants we bought without labels.
