GGJ Fukuoka 2011, 3th day: Presentation. They used Unity3D for their game.

 

Freefloat VR (that is the media art collective Sebastian Pirch and Bobby Rajesh Malhotra) sets us in a dystopian Tyrol of the Future.

 

The task is to choose a suitable flight-route and to land safely with your virtual ego. With the help of a vr-headset, motion sensor controller and an Easy Chair weightless motions are translated from real to virtual flight-space.

 

Interactive VR-Installation: Mixed-media, game engine, virtual reality head mounted system, easy chair, motion sensor controller, computer, cell phone, wireless network
