As with all the creations by Julia Nairn of Myapplique, this latest is unique and one of a kind. A long handled cotton bag in a lovely shade of green with a simplistic yet striking apple design at its centre.
Julia`s work takes a new direction with the Apple Bag – the motif is a Myapplique original having been drawn onto a block of wood and then carved around to produce the stamp. Using lilac fabric paint the motif has been applied by hand onto a piece of calico and three buttons added to give definition and detail to the piece.
