Unconditional Love
-----
when I see this flower
i am reminded of unconditional love
that blooms for our eyes
but whose beauty may go unseen
before it withers
and still it grows back strong
unconditionally shining
with persistent hope
of shared love

Everyone deserves to feel unconditionally loved. Let’s tell to our children, that we love them no matter what. That they are loved just because they are existing. Like this we can raise free and happy beings.

Каждый заслуживает безусловной любви. Давайте же говорить нашим детям, что мы любим их несмотря ни на что. И что они любимы просто за то, что они есть. Только так мы можем вырасти их свободными и счастливыми.

July 28 210/366- Today was a long day with inservice training all dang day, then a meeting later at church that took much longer than expected, picked up dinner, bought a tankful of gas, and home to catch up on family stuff. Finally everyone left the living room except for me and Dharma.
In our meeting we discussed what "unconditional love" really was, and I was thinking about it when Dharma climbed up here- I have a brush, odd thing next to me (camera & tripod), and everytime I sqeezed that button in my hand the thing made noise plus flashed. She wan't happy about that but was happy just to be in my lap and getting attention from me. Dogs are great!
Also trying out my new remote for my Nikon D200, works great!

I haven’t had a day where I’ve felt like this in a long time. Sometimes a girl just has to cry. When I took this picture I had a good reason to cry. Recently I’ve had very little reasons to cry. I’m the happiest now, than I’ve ever been. God has blessed me with someone that I couldn’t imagine living without.
When I’m with him I can never stop smiling, laughing, looking at him. It’s really an endless display of goo goo eyes and little girl giggles. It’s almost been 9 months and I know most people say that’s not a very long time. People tell me to “just wait, this stage will end” and I really don’t want it to, but I also don’t think it’s going to. I’ve stepped out of myself in this relationship and really allowed myself to let someone else in. He’s surpassed all my barriers and he looks past all of my scars that I never thought would heal.
You can tell me that we are moving too fast. You can tell me that this love isn’t going to last and I am fine with that. I will listen to what you tell me, but I’m not going to invest any thoughts into it. I’m going to live and act like this will never end; that I will be happy with him until I cease to exist on this planet. I know there will be up hill and downhill struggles and I’m willing to face those with my chin up and my heart wide open.
Now, if I cry it’s not because I am sad. Any tear that falls comes from an overwhelming feeling of pure and simple happiness. It’s like looking at a sunset that is so beautiful you can hardly grasp how God could create something so amazing and all you can do is shed a tear or two because it’s just that beautiful.
I have a tattoo on my right ankle, it raps partially around and it has one of my favorite sayings on it.
“Live, Laugh, Love”
If I had to choose a saying to live my life by, it would be that one. A day hasn’t passed, since I met him, where I haven’t lived, laughed or loved. I want to live life as passionately as I can. I want to laugh at the very least once a day until by belly hurts so bad. I want to love as unconditionally as I can until there is no more love to give (which, I’m assuming will be when I die).
THAT’S MY RANT!!! I’ve had this building up inside me for a while and I needed to get it all typed out. I was just going to save it to my documents and leave it there… BUT, I figure why not share it. If someone really doesn’t care what I have to say, they just won’t read this.
I hope everyone has a good weekend. Take care! And Lots of LOVE, always ;)

Even 75 years after the unconditional surrender of the German Wehrmacht to the Western Allies on 7 May 1945, the traces of the Nazi past are still clearly visible in Germany's public space. Here: a swastika in the clutches of the heraldic animal of the German Reich, only poorly removed.

After so many articles about unconditional love and all that, let’s have some variety. Sometimes anger and violence can be a good tool to enforce your personal boundaries. For example to shield yourself against bitchiness, guilt-trips, shaming and passive aggressive shit. And against overt...

I had been once on my crucial stage when I feel I really need a good blow and something happened. You came into my life but only for a while. Talking about faith never really stay on our sides but I will not forget you so good luck with life.
I do not know what it is with these birds, but in many ways they behave like any other couple I know. Sometimes quarrels, sometimes chatting, sometimes the male bird to have some "close encounters" but she pulls away and bites him. At the end of the day after small talk, arguing and a little kissing so they end up sleeping side by side. I think it is a fine example of unconditional love.
This statue is called Unconditional Surrender and it is by Seward Johnson. At the time it was situated outside the USS Midway in San Diego but I believe it may have been on loan. It's based on the famous photo V-J Day in Times Square taken by Alfred Eisenstaedt in 1945 and is 25 feet high

A westbound CN freight illuminates the former Illinois Central depot in Galena, Illinois. Astute observers will also note the home of former President Ulysses S. Grant directly behind and above the depot, as both are situated along Bouthillier Street. Both structures also share the Italianate style.
The depot was built in 1857 prior to the Civil War by the fledgling IC, while Grant's future home was built in 1860 and presented to the Major General in 1865 as a gift for his heroism and leadership during the war.
If I had more composition skills and time, I would have gotten the entirety of the depot's reflection in the frame. Alas, this train snuck up on us so with few seconds to spare, I held the camera steady on a porch railing and hoped for the best.

Who needs to have children to experience unconditional love? I just got that taking this photo.
My parents have this awesome, old Kitchenaid mixer in mustard yellow (edit: my Mom points out it is actually "harvest gold!"), this relic that I remember fondly, making cookie dough in that thing all the time growing up. It was heavy, it was grumpy, it was loud, but damn it, that thing was unstoppable. I don't remember ever putting anything into that thing that caused that motor to skip a single beat. So I splurged for the top-end Kitchenaid, the Pro 600, because it was only $40 more than the Pro 5, and if you go below the Pro 5, apparently not all the gearing is made of metal, which seems insane. I want that kind of old-school American machinery quality, the kind my parents' mixer has. Because this isn't just a piece of equipment for mixing food, to me. It's also a big slice of nostalgia, and an heirloom in the making.
The final painting is Unconditional Love. It is about allowing yourself to have those feelings and love, without expecting anything to in return. Those blue lights floating in the air are fire balls. Remember the blue fire at the root of the fire in the last picture? How it is the most potent and pure form of fire? This represents release. Allowing it to be there and to grow, and feeling it. This fire balls aren't destructive though and the forest isn't on fire. If anything it is a very healthy, green forest, full of life.
