Media used was Hichrome UTI Agar in which various organisms like Escherichia coli (pink), Providencia (green), Enterococcus faecalis (bluish mucoid), Klebsiella pneumoniae (bluish green) Staphylococcus aureus (yellow), Candida albicans (white) give various colours upon growth. I specifically utilised this property to display the art on the agar plate. It depicts the unconditional love of a mother who holds on to the cord of her child's life and rocks her world no matter what. She provides,supports and even sacrifices for eternity. She plays the role of a mother and guides her child as well as a bosom buddy who stands beside her in the tempests of life.

Unconditional Surrender, a 25-foot sculpture by J. Seward Johnson, was on display on Military Island, at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Avenue between 43rd and 44th Streets in Times Square from August 12-16, 2010 to mark the 65th anniversary of VJ-Day. John Seward Johnson II debuted Unconditional Surrender as a bronze life-size sculpture in Times Square on August 14, 2005. A 25-foot styrofoam version was part of a temporary exhibition in Sarasota, Florida. he then started making 25-foot versions out of plastic and aluminum, which have been installed in San Diego and New Jersey.
On August 14, 1945, a crowd of 750,000 people gathered in Times Square, eyes eyes fixed on the Times Tower. At 7:03pm, the words finally blazed across the news zipper: “OFFICIAL – TRUMAN ANNOUNCES JAPANESE SURRENDER.” Times Square exploded in a collective cry of joy and relief. By 10pm, the crowd had swelled to more than 2 million, as New Yorkers flooded the Square.
The moment was famously captured by Alfred Eisenstaedt, who was in the square when he spotted a sailor ""running along the street grabbing any and every girl in sight." Just south of 45th Street, looking north, he famously snapped a photo of the sailor kissing a nurse, with neither of their faces clearly shown, which ran in Time Life magazine with the caption, "In New York's Times Square a white-clad girl clutches her purse and skirt as an uninhibited sailor plants his lips squarely on hers." Johnson's Unconditional Surrender, however, is modeled after a photograph taken by U.S. Navy photo journalist Victor Jorgensen entitled, Kissing the War Good Bye, which captured another view of the same scene and was published in the New York Times the following day. Jorgensen's photo, unlike Eisenstaedt's, remains in the public domain.
The new MUTAYTOR CD is out!
Recorded over four inspired days at the historic Westerfeld Mansion in San Francisco last April has yielded and true piece of musical beauty.
I am really really proud of this CD. Though I had nothing to do with the music, I was honored to be the guy with magic image box to capture the story.
From the CD:
"IN THE SPRING OF 2010, we packed up our gear, our studios, a fairly impressive collection of microphones, and
miles of cable and brought up to San Fransisco and proceeded to turn our friend Jimmy Seigel’s famed
Westerfeld Mansion into a giant recording studio. What happened surprised even us.
Music likes being in some places ...better than others. Most commercial recording studios are deliberately designed to be very acoustically sterile environments, where little is left to chance and each sound can be kept on a fairly tight leash. The Westerfeld was anything but that. Almost immediately we realized we weren’t so much in a building anymore, but a living, breathing organism that seemed to listen to every sound we made and repeated it back to us instantly in a very rich and harmonically pleasing way. For four whirlwind days and nights, the house cooed and hummed in way that could be compared to a puppy having it’s belly rubbed.
While we tracked, all around us, creativity was bursting like a hundred flowers - photos were piling up all over the place, film was running constantly, we were visited by a group of folks in wedding dresses, we enacted strange musical rituals in the bell tower, and on the whole, we all went mad with inspired joy.
What you hold in your hand now are some of the fruits of that endeavor. All of the reverberations and reflections you hear on this recording were naturally created by the house itself, rather than through any modern technology and in many ways, the Westerfeld itself became an instrument we collectively played.
Most of these songs have appeared in some form or another on previous recordings, however the arrangements and performances are all new and represent where we were as a band at that moment in time after a prolonged stint of touring. It is our sincere hope that you enjoy this album even a fraction of the amount we did making it. and if we’ve failed to mention it before - THANK YOU FOR LISTENING."

This is my first completed sketch on iPad using the Zen Brush app.
During my 15-minute coffee break at work, I began to process my thoughts about Christmas. We all know about the celebration of Jesus Christ's birthday, but what does it really mean? Shopping malls playing Christmas music all the time to get the holiday "spirit" going. But we all know they don't mean it, because it's all about marketing, selling, and pushing people to go spend their hard-earned money. They buy to give as gifts. It's about GIVING.

He is the greatest gift. All you have to do is to accept Him as your own personal Savior and the Lord of your life.

Seward Johnson: The Retrospective was scheduled to be on exhibition at the Grounds For Sculpture from May 4 to September 21, 2014 but due to overwhelming popularity, was extended through July 2015. The exhibit presents an overview of the New Jersey sculptor's 50-year career through a lifetime collection of over 150 of his works. In its first month on exhibit, the park attracted 30,000 visitors—nearly 20 percent of its normal annual attendance.
Grounds For Sculpture is a 42-acre sculpture park and museum located on the former site of the New Jersey State Fairgrounds in Hamilton Township. The grounds, which feature over 270 large scale contemporary sculptures, were founded in 1992 by John Seward Johnson II.
