I thought this was a beautiful portrait, the photographer had requested working on the reflection of the umbrella in her eyes. I used the airbrush to retouch her eyes and some new reflections. I then used the lasso tool tool with a very strong feather to lighten under the eye on the left. I duplicated the background layer and relit it using the light effects filter.
I went back to the originally lit version and copied most of her face using the lasso tool with a feather of 55 pixels. Because the feather was so strong, just a rough selection was all I needed. I copied this to a new layer on top of the newly lit one. I also selected the shadow behind her and blurred some more with the gassian blur filter.

Everyone was out having a blast enjoying the new services and changes the new owners of Shucker's (Chip Brown and Kathy Brown) have been providing over the past few months. Let's just say, they have done a wonderful job in providing over-the-top satisfaction to this venue's new and existing customer's whom returned for several years and some decades. The new ownership has been such a success and will be attracting customers for years to come.

OCALA- 'Tis the season to bring joyful holiday cheer within Shucker's Oyster Bar's for their annual Christmas event held on December 19, 2009 (12/19/2009) in Ocala, FL located at 408 SW 16th St Ocala, FL 34471 Phone: (352) 867-8344. Everyone came out and enjoyed the amped entertainment and exquisite food offered by this established oyster bar. Guests were welcomed with the holiday spirit including affordable dining, drinks, and to top the night off-- valuable door prize giveaways were in store for the evening.
Owners, Chip Brown and Kathy Brown were being honored for another year of providing more than satisfactory customer services with this fine establishment. Guests have thanked and commented on the Browns' involvement and operation and wish them for another great year of keeping this oyster bar top-notch for generations upon generations! Way to keep the success rolling!
