We say the summer is a small life. Short period of warm and wet days. Nature unveils its beauty to all who can wake up super early to face the new day at 2.30 AM.
The picture from the city park, almost a wild forest that I live close to.
Thank you for all the comments and faves, my friends. Take care!
A new carpet, woven based on the original design of the historic Ardabil carpet, was unveiled at the next to Chini Khaneh Museum in Janat Sara museum - Sheikh Safi-aldin complex in Ardabil
The Ardabil carpets are two prominent pieces of Iranian carpet art from the Safavid era. One of these carpets, known as the "original Ardabil carpet," is housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, while the other, a smaller version, known as the "twin carpet," is displayed in the Freer and Sackler Galleries in Washington, D.C.
Some researchers believe the carpets were woven in workshops in Tabriz or Ardabil, and the name "Maqsud Kashani" appears in the border of the main carpet, referring to a Kashani weaver.
During the Qajar period, following an earthquake in Ardabil that damaged some historical buildings, these carpets were sold to a British dealer named James Morier to raise funds for the restoration of the buildings. The carpets were then transported to England and displayed in museums. Ardabil ostan (province) - Iran
Ultimately, the Ardabil carpets are not only regarded as symbols of Iranian art and culture but are also considered among the 50 most significant artistic and historical works in the world.
There she is, Mrs.Lesser Stag Beetle. Just a little debris still on her eye, but she will manage to remove it herself.

An unusual mini-sculpture was unveiled on the facade of the main building of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, which faces Museum Square. It is called "Sugar Beet" and is dedicated to the Kyiv sugar merchants who initiated the creation of the Polytechnic Institute in Kyiv at the end of the nineteenth century and supported its construction and arrangement at their own expense.
It’s a symbolic tribute to Kyiv patrons who gave a significant part of their income from sugar production to the development of the city. And yes, it was opened on the 125th anniversary of the university.

Presented to the city by the manager of Kyiv Yulia Bevzenko and Dmytro Synenko. Sculptor Yurok Biliavskii.
The towering mountain faces of the Canadian Rockies emerge from the clouds and, for a short lived moment, nature manifests itself as art. The infinite artistic potential of nature is all around us. It is not always easy to see, or capture, but when you do, it will fill you with great joy.
A cold scene to follow-up the previous warm one. This one somewhere in the Dolomites of Northern Italy, with the peak shrouded in the clouds.
Here's to hoping that area gets the proper snow, as drought has been really bad of late.
thanks for looking!

Sunrise over Little Bay, Sydney. An extremely low tide revealed this large shelf that is usually underwater. As the swell ebbed, the shelf drained before being covered again.
It’s dawn in the Clark Fork River Valley east of St. Regis, Montana, on September 13, 1998. Fog is slowly burning off in the low areas as the sun is about to rise above the mountains to the east. Unveiled along the Montana Rail Link main line are the milepost 192 semaphores, standing guard over shiny rails of a quiet railroad.
