Binding Magic Spells.

A binding spell is a ritual where specific words and actions are used to create a restriction on someone. It works by interfering with the target's willpower and abilities, preventing them from operating properly, all for the benefit of the person performing the spell. Powerful binding spells are transformative, as they help direct energy to create an unbreakable bond for various intentions, such as love, protection, and success.

Hahndorf is a small town located in the Adelaide Hills, about an hour outside of Adelaide. It was founded by Prussian settlers who arrived in 1838. It's the oldest surviving German settlement in Australia. As Germans kept arriving on Adelaide's shores, they decided to form their own closed community up here in the hills. The result is the German architecture and culture you find here today, with quite a few cafes and restaurants dishing up German fare and sweets.

Today, the folks down in Adelaide love coming up here on day trips (maybe weekend trips, though I'm not sure about overnight accommodations). Part of the appeal of this charming town, besides its food, is that it's the heart of wine country. Actually, I guess you would say Adelaide is the heart of Aussie wine country. The Barossa Valley is 60 km (37 miles) northeast of downtown Adelaide -- so Hahndorf is on the way to the Barossa -- and McLaren Vale is about 40 km (25 mi) south of downtown Adelaide. Did I mention that Adelaide is usually ranked in the top ten most livable cities in the world?

On this particular day trip, we visited two wineries -- Nepenthe and Petaluma -- in the Hahndorf area. We thoroughly enjoyed both tasting rooms and their offerings.

If you don't have time to go the whole hour out of town to visit wine country (which would be an unforgivable sin for wine lovers), you could always stick around town and visit a tasting room like Geoff Merrill's, (a McLaren Vale winery with their tasting room a short walk from where I stayed when in town). I must say, I loved all the wines I had there, as well, and wished I'd had enough space to bring more home.

STUDENTS' FEDERATION OF INDIA .

dalit candidates is deprived of the fellowship for this academic year. The AISA does not even consider this to be a demand that the JNUSU must take up with the Administration. (see AISNs pamphlets dated 29-08-2005, 11-09-2005 and 14-09-2005)The same kind of ignorance has been shown by AI SA and the JNUSU President with regard to creation of Corpus Fund for science school students for the regularisafion of CSIR fellowship. Over the last one year the AI SA led JNUSU has singularly failed to fulfil its promise of enhancing financial assistance for needy students. .

EXPOSE AISA'S NON-SERIOUSNESS TOWARDS ACADEMIC PROBLEMSl .

At the beginning of this academic year, the administration came out with the authoritarian decision of denying admission to the students from Madrasa background by refusing to recognise the Ailimeeyat/Fazilat degrees. The JNUSU President did not even react to this blatant act of injustice. We would like to ask AI SA whether it was not the issue worth taking up by the JNUSU. It was only after the intervention of the SFI-AISFs representatives in the JNUSU that the students from the Madrasa background were allowed to register. .

AISA led JNUSU has taken no initiative to ensure introduction of M.PhiJJPh.D. programme in the School of Arts and Aesthetics. This demand did not find any place in 'AISA's Charter of Demands' (see AISA's pamphlets dated 29-08·2005, 11-09-2005 and 14·09·2005). .

EXPOSE AISA'S DUBIOUS SILENCE ON HARJIT SINGH COMMITIEEI .

The earlier Administration had constituted the Harjit Singh Committee to enquire into the incidents of violence on 17th August 2004 when SAR Geelani came to the campus which was later conveniently sent to the cold storage by the Administration. Most unfortunately the JNUSU President did not even mention this demand in the JNUSU poster. On the other hand, we would like to ask AISA why it has not explicitly mentioned the reconstitution of Harjit Singh committee as one of the demands (see AISA's pamphlets dated 29-08-2005, 11-09-2005 and 14--09-2005). Similarly, why did the AISA not take any position on the issue of organising Saraswati Puja in the academic complex which was in complete violation of university's rules and secular norms? Why did the JNUSU President not raJiy the university community against this deviation in the secular practices in our university? .

EXPOSE AISA's A TIEMPT TO HOODWJNK THE STUDENT COMMUNITY! .

The total non-performance of the AISA led JNUSU over the last one year has resulted in a situation in which there is a retreat of the student movement of JNU where the agreement of the last years JNUSU with the Administration has not been implemented, forget about the Charter of this year. Now the AISA is trying to hide its defunctness behind the garb of a UGBM to decide upon the issue of Ford Foundation and GSCASH. The ridiculousness of this position of the AISA is exposed from the following: .

.

We would like to remind the student community that while the last JNUSU had reached its finat agreement with the Administration on 16th September 2004 itself, AISA, in sharp contrast to this is demanding for a UGBM on 16th September to 'starf an agitation when it is the time to start the process of handing over the charge! The fact is that even the demand of scrapping of contract with the Ford Foundation in School of Arts and Aesthetics did not find any place in 'AISA's Charter of Demands' (see AISA's pamphlets dated 29·08-2005, 11·09·2005 and 14,. 09~2005). The question is why AISA did not demand this UGBM earlier in the semester when the issue of Ford Foundation first came up. On the issue of GSCASH, the AI SA led JNUSU did not even bother to start a dialogue with the Administration in the last one year. Now in order to hide their total non-performance they are trying to hoodwink the student community in the name of UGBM. .

.

.

On the other hand, the JNUSU expressed solidarity with the agitation for Masood Alam in the month of August itself. However. the AISA led JNUSU did not dim it fit to either raise the issue of Charter of Demands during that time or conduct an UGBM to discuss these issues. This exposes their total non-seriousness in pursuing these issues. .

.

.

Secondly, the resolution of the UGBM held on 27th and 31 51 of January 2005 demanded the construction of 24x7 dhaba and formulation of policy to regulate MNC infiltration in the campus. However, this has not been implemented by the AI SA led Union in the last 8 months. Without implementing the mandate of last UGBM, even without making any kind of efforts in this direction in the last 8 months, AISA has no moral right to demand another UGBM. The Charter of Demands of JNUSU under the leadership of AISA is still pending before the Administration and the .

achievements of JNUSU's last year's agreement with the Administration have not been fully implemented even at the fag end of the tenure of the present JNUSU. On the other hand~ the SFI-AISF Convenors in different Schools have ensured that the majority of the Charter in the Schools is achieved. This completely exposes the failure of the AISA led Union to build a movement in the campus for the betterment of the student community. Is this the alternative model of JNUSU functioning that AISA had promised in the last JNUSU election? The manner in which the JNUSU President has dealt the issue of the Charter of Demands by bringing it to focus at the very end of her term while remaining completely silent throughout the year makes her bereft of any moral or political authority to lead the Union through any future course when the term of the Union has almost ended. The unforgivable inability of AISA to lead the JNUSU in last one year and its failure to advance the students rights is a set back to the student movement of our campus which has the history of guiding progressive student movement of our country. Therefore the process of handing over the Union should be started at the earliest so that. the new Union can take up the pending issues with the Administration in full earnest and build up the vibrant struggle to ach1eve the demands of the student community. .

This was our last full day in Seville. Even though our hotel was just across the road from Seville Cathedral we left it until now to visit it. It's huge. Its spire can be seen no matter where you go in the old town. It is one of the largest churches in the world as well as the largest Gothic church. It's one of the structures in the city which is registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. In short, it would have been unforgivable to leave Seville without seeing it.

The term Addiction in mainstream society is even less accommodating. It has come to mean one of two things: for some, it speaks to a bundle of the unwanted, socially unforgivable way of life decisions dared to come from sluggishness, feeble will, or a messed up the moral compass. . Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is referred to as the ‘unpardonable sin’ or the ‘unforgivable sin’, based on Matthew 12:31-32. Are you guilty of blasphemy of the Holy Spirit and therefore condemned to hell, without hope for eternity?! Resisting God’s Spirit is, indeed, a very serious offence, and it places one in an unforgivable situation. But watch this video to get the bigger picture. If you are asking yourself right now, “Am I unforgivable?” please watch this video, to help you deal with the condemnation that you are facing. And even if you are not feeling that way now, please watch, to get a fuller picture of just how serious it is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

had a brother, once. Rather, previous versions of me had a brother. He walked this earth for thirty-three years, and left this earth far too soon. I knew loss. I knew pain. Loss and Pain have been constant companions of mine, much of the time I have been spent alive. But I had forgiven them, for all they have done. I even befriended them. I had made peace with them. But this loss and this pain? It has been unforgivable, and some days unbearable. November 18, 2023, deeply effected me and profoundly changed me. Losing him shattered the last pieces of myself, that I viewed as being whole; the only pieces life hadn’t broken. I took this photo of him, when I was first starting out in photography, and learning my way around a camera. I remember the day – not the actual date and time, but I remember taking this on the old Cog railway on my way up to Pikes Peaks. I chose this photo because I want to see others the way he did. He had a lot of faults and could be a real pain in the ass, but he had a heart of gold for those that society deemed ‘less-than.’ His heart was towards those people left behind, such as individuals with disabilities; he even founded a company that supplied individuals with products they needed to meet basic needs. As time goes by, I sometimes like to imagine that he has a watchful eye on me, like he did on earth. It’s because of this loss, I am becoming the person I am, and have found myself living more boldly, taking more risks. The reality of how short can be, shook me and as a result has made me pursue more in life and demand that I achieve what I want. This is loss will always be with me, but I am grateful for life itself and the women I am growing into as a result.
