She says “I cooked for these men happily since most of them were close relatives (cousins, brothers, uncles etc.). We worked like a family and this is the least I could do for my people.”

The Social Good Summit Geneva was launched in 2016. The event brings together every yera, high level decisions makers - entrepreneurs, investors and international organizations - to forge partnerships and broaden financing for the Sustainablke Development Goals (SDGs). It showcases innovative entrepreneurs working on solutions for the achievement of the SDGs, shares knowledge on innovative financing mechanisms for SDGs implementation and promotes networking and collaboration across sectors.

Afghanistan is one of the most vulnerable countries for climate change; even here, in beautiful, mountainous Panjshir province.
In response, UNDP is helping farmers grow more and protect themselves from natural disasters.
Our Climate Change Adaptation project operates in four provinces and is made possible with funding from the Global Environment Facility's Least Developed Countries Fund.
