One of the more unusual photos I took during this years Photo24 event........ During our midnight photowalk Dan Clarke of #uk.spinners created a glowing orb for us by spinning a small torch on a bit of rope for 13 seconds. Having tried this at LightpaintersUK meetup's I can confirm there's far more skill in spinning the orb than there is in photographing it.

One of the more unusual photos I took during this years Photo24 event........ Here Dan Clarke of #uk.spinners ran down the stairs on the outisde of the Lloyds Building waving two lights to create these colourful trails over a 13 second exposure.
I was amazed Security guards didn't descend on us within minutes given there was a security camera immediately above us.......

Taken at gone 1am during a group photowalk around the city. It's fair to say we got some funny looks from drunk people as they were staggering home......

Day 258: The Blue Tower of Huddersfield π Definitley starting a photo series of blue towers now, done two so where's next? Day 99: Concluding the week in #SteelWoolPhotography with a final few spins in the ruins of the old Cudworth Railway Station with Ryan Kayeβ who loved the spinner life & even sacrificed a finger for the cause, no limbs were lost though ha ha! Day 74: We had lots of fun last night playing with steel wool & capturing some portraiture π₯ My first time trying the steel wool effect & I had fun trying to capture a #DoubleExposure of sorts at the same time. in december 2011 we did a swap through our "uk Spinners Secret Santa"...and my partner sent me the most wonderful skeins and batts of fleece to play with...as a realtive newbie to this i have to say this gets me brain ticking and myt spine shivering...i can't wait to get my hands on this and get spinning!!!!!
