This is just pure bad UI. There are major redundancies here that only serve to confuse the user. If I choose the radiobox "None" which has a price of $0.00, do I click "Add option" thereby adding the option "none", or do I use the "Skip and continue" link next to the "Add option" button? Hint: they do the exact same thing.
They need to choose to either (1) remove the option "none" from the list of options, or remove the "skip and continue" button if they're going to keep the "none" option in the list.
My suggestion is to take "none" out of the list, because by keeping the button "Add option", that doesn't make much sense if you're adding an option of nothing.
Not that UA has great UI overall, but this annoys me to no end, and because I travel with United almost exclusively, I see this page a lot.

My AUVI patch was never able to be released due to AUVI licensing. I did however give the code to a few people who owned AUVI licenses and I received a nice email in return with a hybrid patch and UI - a combination of this and their own style. Fun. This patch also had an OpenGL layer and effects as well. Jitter 1.2.3 and 1.5.
