U222-30 is arriving Clifton Forge on their hours and will not even make the fuel pad. This would delay the departure of the BB so we packed it up and headed home.
This is odd. CSX's U222, the Chillicothe (OH) local is parked just east of the Rennick crossing of the NS. Their pushing platform (aka caboose) is mid-train That might indicate that the cars behind the caboose are outbound from the paper mill behind the train

The 2004 MY Expedition saw the reintroduction of the optional "Premier" package for the Eddie Bauer trim level. It included a monochromatic paint work (the pictured model displays the Solid Black paint tone) and blacked-out headlamps. This Expedition was registered in Worcester in 2004.
CSX's new symbol shakeup made the Chillicothe switcher U222.
Because the CSX has stitched together 3 railroads C&O, B&O and the TH&D) in the city, the tracks are rather inefficient. Here, the local has come off the C&O mainline, where it exchanged cars at a siding called Vauces, and is now backing down the B&O. The track at right switchbacks over to the TH&D, where there is a pulp mill that does significant business with CSX.
The caboose is necessary because the train has to make so many reverse moves over road crossings and the NS mainline .

CSX local U222 sits on their home track in Chillicothe OH. This was one the B&O, but little of that line exists today.. CSX connects to this track from the old C&O east of town

The straight track occupied by the string of cars with the box car is the former B&O main. It is now truncated before that bridge in the background. It used to cross the NS at that bridge. The passenger station was also at that point. It was destroyed by fire shortly before I arrived in Ohio.

This is a first for me. I have never noticed CSX Chillicothe (OH) local U222 switching this part of the pulp mill's tracks. Perhaps I have not looked over this way at the right time. There is enough noise here, that I did not hear them working.

CSX train U222, the Chillicothe (OH) Local backs down the former TH&D line toward the pulp mill in town.
In a moment, the crew would stop their train to be certain that no cars were going to be crossing the tracks in the fog. I had a chance to speak with the conductor, and was given a moment to photograph the interior of the caboose. Apparently , most of the other "shoving platforms" have trashed trashed interiors. I also learned that this crew comes from Dayton.
