This is odd. CSX's U222, the Chillicothe (OH) local is parked just east of the Rennick crossing of the NS. Their pushing platform (aka caboose) is mid-train That might indicate that the cars behind the caboose are outbound from the paper mill behind the train
I waited for a few minutes on this cold blustery day for the sun to re-appear.
