I have climbed the highest mountains
I have run through the fields
Only to be with you
I have run, I have crawled
I have scaled these city walls
These city walls
Only to be with you.
But I still haven't found
What I'm looking for...
Yes, eu vou ver U2 :)

The U-Bahn station at Eberswalderstrasse (in the distance) in the Prenzlauer Berg district is on an elevated section of the U2 line of the Berlin U-Bahn running over Schönhauser Allee. As the line approaches the junction of Oderberger Strasse and Sredzkistrasse the track dips to go underground whilst the road raises to run over the railway line.
Going through a couple of my "old" hard drives yesterday I came across a file full of U2 photos from their 2009 U2360° TOUR. Back then I was still trying to figure out what camera and format to go with. I had a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 12.1MP Digital Camera with 18x POWER Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and decided to bring it with me. I did my best steadying my camera on the rail in front of me at Scott Stadium. The quality is not as I would hope. However it is fun to go back and reminisce. Hard to believe it's been six years!

Dear friends!
Photos from U2 not my work! I just was at that fantastic concert in Moscow.

A few more from the Canon A80 point and shoot...a little noisy, but what can ya do? Sigh...I'd have killed to be doing accredited live photography then!

Irish rock band U2 released their debut album "Boy" in 1980 with this photograph taken by Hugo McGuiness who subsequently worked on other U2 album covers. The subject's name is Peter Rowan, now a photographer and younger brother of vocalist Bono's avante-garde artist-friend Guggi. This picture joined the list of recording history's controversial covers due to issue of pedophilia which the photo was believed to have projected. Though the concern was only brought by fear of some quarters that it could negatively affect the band, the image was changed to a distorted photo of the quartet for it's release on American shores. U2, also composed of guitarist The Edge, bass player Adam Clayton, and drummer Larry Mullen Jr., is now one of the most respected acts such as "With Or Without You," "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," "New Year's Day," and "Elevation."
