Two mushrooms from last spring. The first spring rains led to the formation of different types of fungus. I like to venture into the woods with my macro lens to capture those moments.

I thought of my little boats that I made ages ago, when I saw what today's SoS theme was. I placed them on a pale blue backdrop then added a couple of textures of water and sky. HSoS

Crazy Tuesday - theme of October 27th, 2020: Two of a Kind but Not the Same

I swapped the reflections in Affinity Photo - so that grumpy frog on the right can get some sparkles, too - at least his reflection ;))

Beaded Green Ants; souvenirs from the Northern Territory.

(Real) Green Ants have ascorbic acid rather than formic acid so they can be eaten as a little Vitamin C boost ... 'though they may give you a bite first, which citrus won't😁They build a leaf nest in the trees.

I took them out again today to take photos in a tree ... a breeze knocked them off the branch and now there is only one! I can't find the other green ant in the grass! Surprised I found one, to be honest.
