Hi everybody,
This shot is taken in Höllviken. I went down there at around lunch time today.
For this image I decided I wanted to do something unusual. I saw the gap between the two piers and the sun almost being in the middle. I took a few shots. I think the composition and the high-key effect work great together.
Please let me know what you think. I'd love your feedback. Thanks.
two face was mostly painted and the hairpiece is a butchered lego girl's hairpice. some detail is also sharpied onto his torso, hand, arm and face.
It's been five years since I saw two of my best friends from high school, and they both live in SoCal, so we met for dinner at Hermosa Beach (coincidentally, our high school reunion was tonight back in our hometown). It was a lovely reunion made even better with one of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen.
These two butterflies were tussling for a moment, they reminded me of hummingbirds with how beautiful they look and how prone to violence they are.
"He entered uninvited, but left a terrible mark on our HQ. I'll never forget that man's face; a scar over his left eye, a stoic yet angered look one his face. And those 1911s...did he know how to use 'em..."
Our Daily Challenge ... a pair
These guys were at the feeder today. I have never seen them before. They are not native to Australia and were probably originally from China.
I like how they were posing and the overall composition.
The right one is a female called "Bones", you can see the name written on her harness. :)
Two SF MUNI 1100 Class - ex-St. Louis - PCCs on Market at Jones Street, in September 1978, with car 1114 nearest the camera..
Car 1114 was later scrapped, but several of the class have been preserved, and a couple are still operated occasionally at the Oregon Electric Railway Museum, although none have yet been fully restored.
