Twice a day the tide comes in and covers the causeway leading out to the island, sometimes completely and sometimes leaving just the tops of the stones visible :)
Shot for Macro Mondays "broken" theme. This is my grandfather's broken watch. I know not terribly original, just felt like posting to MM, it's been a while.
The Church of St Mary, School Lane, Lower Hardres (pronounced Hards) was built in 1831-1832 and has been designated as a grade II listed building and is replacement within the same churchyard for an earlier predecessor. The village, with the church in it, is in the valley at a small distance from the Stone-street way, which runs near the western boundary of this parish, close to which is a farm and pond called Hermansole, supposed to take its name either from the Saxon idol, named Ermenseul, or from the Roman military way on which it stands, Herman signifying military, and sole a pond.
As a point of interest the clock is right twice a day!!!
The Church is in a small Churchyard and it is difficult to get a pic of the whole of the building so I went for the framed look!
MY THANKS TO ALL WHO VISIT AND COMMENT IT IS APPRECIATED

This "blind" street clock (you can barely see its face) on Boston's Huntington Avenue is also broken: it tells the correct time just twice a day. Which is about as often as the T -- the Boston transit system -- is on time.
One little white flower, to be exact, floating in a pinkish sea of pink-shaded pastel pink. Apparently, he's called Aaron.
Yours. Again. And I am really glad you liked it.
This is Mike he's a legend around these ways and he wants all the kids to know that they should brush their teeth twice a day everyday.
Good daily care is vital for pregnant women! That means always brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between your teeth once a day, eating a balanced diet and limiting between-meal snacks. #dental2000nj

This broken clock with a fogged face tells the correct time twice a day. It's outside the Symphony subway station (Green Line) on Massachusetts Avenue.

On March 1st, 2025, I drove to Baptist South Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, due to some new symptoms. I discovered a new clot in my right leg. After being checked into the ER, I was given an IV and asked several questions. The ER doctor ordered an ultrasound, and three hours later, I found out I had a long DVT in my right leg.
I was admitted to the hospital because my pharmacy didn’t have any LOVENOX on hand. I was told I would stay until they had some so I could go home. However, I was discharged when a doctor and a caseworker found some LOVENOX at a nearby Walgreens. This doctor seemed determined to get me out, regardless of how I felt, even though I was told I had my largest DVT in my right leg ever. So, I left Baptist South Hospital feeling awful and drove away to get my generic LOVENOX.
