Finalmente ele chegou

Gostei mais dele do que das Sailors.

Ele vem com mais 3 rostos, varias mãos, rosa, bengala e a caixinha de musica.

A capa dele tem um mecanismo bem legal que torna possível mexe-la, como se o tecido voasse.

Just packing up my brand-new tuxedo, which I hope is my Final Tuxedo. My first I purchased in grad school, 1986-87. The next I got in 2000. When I put that on after some time in 2019, oof! My 2019 waistline didn't like it! And my 2022 waistline couldn't have taken it. This new bespoke dinner suit couldn't be more flattering or elegant. I feel very lucky.

Tuxi is a black and white feral cat who is getting used to my presence when he eats the cat food I put out for him. At first he would run away the minute I appeared. Now he looks at me while I talk to him. ;-) I call him Tuxi after the town where formal wear tuxedos originated.

"Tuxedo Rocks" was a name given by railfans to a spot westbound of the Tuxedo N.Y. station where the ex Erie main line cut through a rocky area along the banks of the Ramapo River. This photo of an EL westbound was taken at 7:15 in the morning before the sun had a chance of breaking over the Ramapo Mountains to the east. A lone GP35,#2577,powers this unknown symbol past the rocks on 11-07-1973. Howard Kent Jr. photo.

Longines has a long history of issuing remakes of its own vintage models. The Heritage Classic Chronograph “Tuxedo” is very faithful in looks to a classic Longines chronograph from 1943 .

[ See the original in the comments section. ]

This Longines 'Tuxedo' Chronograph has a modern automatic movement and was launched in 2020. Its size, proportions and design is very vintage, very dressed-up, and rather beautiful. The use of blue in the seconds and sub-dial hands and on the blue tachymeter scale are additional 'vintagey' details.

Another shot from The Season's Story

They really love each other.

Norfolk Southern's Savannah & Atlanta heritage SD70ACe, in the sharp Southern Railway tuxedo scheme, leads manifest 153 around past Red Lane on a muggy July morning.

A shot that reached fame in the late 20th century has been revisited in 2019 after a fellow buff freed the shot of several trees that obstructed the view of the tracks. Pictured is train 55 snaking through the Tuxedo rock cut with GP40PH-2B 4207 leading. Built in 1965 for the New York Central, this unit is still going strong after 54 years of service.

The Tale of Two Starts

TSS Dover, (later the Earl Siward, Sol Express and now the Tuxedo Royale), is a British built turbine steamship. Built in 1965 as a roll-on/roll-off (RORO) ferry, she spent much of her later life as a one of the permanently moored Tuxedo floating nightclubs before being laid up, latterly on the River Tees in Middlesbrough.

TSS Dover was built on the River Tyne in England by Swan Hunter in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear. She was launched on 17 March 1965 and completed by June 1965. In 1977 she was renamed Earl Siward, and again in 1982 as the Sol Express. In 1993 she became the nightclub the Tuxedo Royale
