Hasta ahí he llegado ;-)

Top is the original bottom is the orton effect. I used a mask to bring back the details in the eyes.
.Open your picture and duplicate the background layer – call this sharp
.Duplicate the background layer again and call this copy – place the copy layer that the top of the layers – drag and drop it
.Change the blending mode of the Copy layer to Screen (blending modes can be changed just above the layers – it is set to normal)
.Right click on the Copy layer and select MERGE DOWN
.Once again make a duplicate of your Sharp layer and call this one ORTON
.With the orton layer selected go to the FILTER menu and select BLUR and GAUSSIAN BLUR
.Use the slider to set the blur so that you can’t see the detail but can make out the shape of the picture
.Click OK
.Now with the ORTON layer selected change the blending mode to MULTIPLY
.You now have your ORTON picture!
.You can change the opacity of the top ORTON layer to bring back some of the sharpness from the sharp layer. Around 80% works well as a rule of thumb
.Remember you could add a layer mask to paint detail back through
.Finally when you have finished flatten your image by going to LAYER, FLATTEN IMAGE
