This NASA Hubble Space Telescope photo reveals a cosmic kaleidoscope of a remote galaxy, which has been split into multiple images by an effect called gravitational lensing.
Gravitational lensing means that the foreground galaxy cluster is so massive that its gravity distorts the fabric of space-time, bending and magnifying the light from the more distant galaxy behind it. This “funhouse mirror” effect not only stretches the background galaxy image, but also creates multiple images of the same galaxy.
The lensing phenomenon produces at least 12 images of the background galaxy, distributed over four major arcs. Three of these arcs are visible in the top right of the image, while one counter arc is visible in the lower left — partially obscured by a bright foreground star within the Milky Way.
The galaxy, nicknamed the Sunburst Arc (officially designated PSZ1 G311.65-18.48), is almost 11 billion light-years from Earth and has been lensed into multiple images by a massive foreground cluster of galaxies 4.6 billion light-years away.
Hubble uses these cosmic magnifying glasses to study objects that would otherwise be too faint and too small for even its extraordinarily sensitive instruments. The Sunburst Arc is no exception, despite being one of the brightest gravitationally lensed galaxies known.
The lens makes images of the Sunburst Arc that are between 10 and 30 times brighter than the background galaxy would normally look. The magnification allows Hubble to view structures as small as 520 light-years across that would be too small to see without the turboboost from the lensing effect. The structures resemble star-forming regions in nearby galaxies in the local universe, allowing astronomers to make a detailed study of the remote galaxy and its environment.
Hubble’s observations show that the Sunburst Arc is similar to galaxies that existed at a much earlier time in the history of the universe, perhaps only 150 million years after the big bang.

This is not a photo I took, it is a small portion of someone else's photo which I have cropped and processed to illustrate a feature on the Porsche 911 GT1, for model builders. I believe this is "fair use" of copyrighted material, but it isn't mine and I have no ownership of it.
The rounded front edge of the intake "log" and the intake vacuum accumulators mark this as a 1998 engine, for the narrow cockpit all-carbon-fibre car that won Le Mans overall.
The reference pressure that is half the control of the turbo waste gates on the 911 GT1 comes from a little box in front of the throttle bar and adjacent to the #4 cylinder intake manifold to the right of center in this photo. The box has two separate air pressure hoses which go to the top of the dome over the waste gate control diaphragm. Engine intake manifold pressure goes to the other side.
Whereas the 1970 turbo Porsche racing cars had a knob in the cockpit which regulated the boost reference pressure, I can't tell if the GT1 driver has directo control or indirect control or no control of boost pressure.

Changing the oil on the rear differential.
Unlike Landrovers the differential plugs are not 1/2" drive size, hence you will need to use a drain plug kit with a suitable socket on the tool.
Always remove the fill plug first, in case you cannot get this out and have already drained the oil. It is quite difficult to turn the car upside down to fill from the drain hole!
Most drain plugs have tapered threads hence they will naturally tighen. I have come across a number of drain plugs that have been very tight, but the impact wrench removes these easily. Prior to having an air impact wrench I used to put a ring spanner on the tool and use a jack to put pressure on the spanner by jacking it up!
Fill the differential until the first signs of drips are seen out of the fill hole. Then quickly put the fill plug back in.
Go for a quick test drive and check there are no leaks. Unless you run a limited slip differential in the back straight 75w90 or 80 grade is fine. I used fully synthetic on this Impreza because I already had it in my garage stock.
Brake pad check on my STi - 326mm x 30mm vented front disks/rotors stopped with 4 pot Brembo brake calipers. Currently running standard Subaru pads that came with the car, but soon to be changed...

Sometimes instructions have no purpose, particularly on Japanese cars. My WRX STi is covered with instructions and warnings, this is just one of them:
So the summary is there is nothing to adjust, except the spark plug gaps, oh and you can check the valve clearances.
Have you seen where the valves are located on an Impreza's flat four engine?
If you need to read these instructions prior to checking the valve gaps, then you are seriously misguided on what a lengthy exercise it will be!
