Capturing my newly bloomed tulips, as the sun emerges after an evening of April showers.

I love tulips and could not resist picking up a pot of them when I was shopping this week. I’m guilty of treating myself to a plant to place on the table or in the window just so I can enjoy them. They make me smile!

Almost perfect symmetry. Almost...

I think most easy way to shoot translucent shaped flower was Tulips, Shoot from lower angle facing the sun, choose dark background, perhaps everything is OK.

I try many times and got the result are as follows:

This is the first time I saw such tulip. The petals of this tulip are white and red.

Can't seem to stop taking pictures of tulips. They are just so vibrant.
