The National Trust tearoom at Lyveden New Bield in Northamptonshire is in a beautiful stone cottage which has an intriguing history of its own. It was built around 1690, using abandoned stone from the New Bield. For years it served as a small farmstead and gamekeeper’s lodge, even after the National Trust acquired Lyveden New Bield. In fact in 1958 the Trust advertised in the Times and Country Life for a hermit to live at the Cottage, but with no electricity or running water at the time this was a big ask. It is a big favourite of ours, and we often come here when out for a drive in the countryside.
~Why can't you say it to my face?
If you don't want me anymore?
Don't leave me hanging with my trust issues,
If you don't want me just be honest,
Say it to me and don't leave me,
All alone with all my trust issues.
I give you all of me,
But you give nothing back,
Why do I always want,
Want what I can't have?
You and I, we're salt and pepper,
Different, but we're good together.
Why can't you say it to my face?
If you don't want me anymore?
Don't leave me hanging with my trust issues,
If you don't want me, just be honest,
Say it to me and don't leave me,
All alone with all my trust issues~

Astrid S - Trust Issues
Deer won't trust their eyes, and they won't trust their ears, but they'll always trust their sense of smell.

I'm so blessed to have this view from my living room window!
“Trust is fragile like a flower, don’t break it; once broken it will never come back in its original shape.”
My Eyes are raised to the sky.
Each blue that I see is so new and individual.
The wind caressing my face and soul.
Never looking down.
Seeing terrified little people
twisting in the storm of hatred
and fear.
When they stop fighting
and having delusions
of dark surreality?
They can ride the wave.
Roll into the throw,
without trauma or harm..
Emulating waves....
They ALL will realize
just how loved
each one of us human beings are
to The Light?
No changes are here,
only the way your perception
is directed towards rest of the world..
PS:
Thank you TBomb for being HIS friend
he loves and respects you very much...
I hope you see good in me one day when you get to know me?I would like that very much. I see you as a good and special person....

National Trust carpark was locked this morning, so I had to park up at 12 arches and walk across the boardwalk leading through Murlough Nature Reserve. Just made it in time before the sun breached the horizon. Taken using LEE filters landscape polariser and 1.2 very hard grad filter.
This was fantastic...I had Klara on my shoulders shoting like a crazy..I enjoyed the performance so much.
Huuugs!
She was facing away from the sun when she laid down this fourth time.
So, I tried to wait till she turned her head and showed the red on her neck.
I spent about 45 minutes with her this time.
I could get up and move around and she was fine with me doing that.
But, this seemed to be the best angle on her.
I had hoped that she would eventually stand up and walk to to water.
Didn't happen.
She just slid on her belly like a seal and went into the water.
I shot well over 1,400 frames of her that morning. :-)
Now, If I can just get her to do it again on video.
Just takes some luck and a lot of patience! :-)

Spring is approaching. The forest’s changing its colour slowly. A squirrel made an appearance. He's moving fast, climbing trees with ease. But he's never afraid to climb them because he trusts his abilities. But he sometimes slows down and stops on a branch and just looks around the nature. He likes to be on top of trees, top of branches and staying there, over the forest.
The 17 warriors guarding the stairway are exact replicas of the 5 different ranks of the Great Army discovered at Lingtong Xi'an China and stand in the garden of the Buscot National trust property in Oxfordshire.

The irresponsible stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze me.
There are frequent cliff falls here at Birling Gap, and yet people still go to the very edge and look over. I couldn't believe it when I saw this family with 2 young children walk to the edge, although they did take hold of their hands before they got there. Plus it was blowing a gale and a small child could easily get blown over.
I take photos in 4x6 format so that I can share my day with my son Martin who's locked up. The county jail only allows that size prints but I can send 4 photos at a time. God sent me two sons, a gift and blessing in this world, forever in the next.
God Made Dads
God took the strength of a mountain
The majesty of a tree
The warmth of a summer sun
The calm of a quiet sea
The generous soul of nature
The comforting arm of night
The wisdom of the ages
The power of the eagle’s flight
The joy of a morning in spring
The faith of a mustard seed
The patience of eternity
The depth of a family need
Then God combined these qualities
When there was nothing more to add
He knew His masterpiece was complete
And so
He called it … Dad!!

I know you've suffered
But I don't want you to hide
It's cold and loveless
I won't let you be denied
Soothing
I'll make you feel pure
And trust me
You can be sure
I want to reconcile the violence in your heart
I want to recognize your beauty is not just a mask
I want to exorcise the demons from your past
I want to satisfy the undisclosed desires in your heart
You trick your lovers
That you're wicked and divine
You may be a sinner
