"In relationship TRUST is more important than love,

It will enhance your love..."

On the Shropshire Union Canal on a cold and frosty winters morning at Norbury Junction, in my opinion a great shot for a black and white conversion.

To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved!

Psalm 20

The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;

2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;

3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.

4 Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions.

6 Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.

8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.

9 Save, Lord: let the king hear us when we call.

Thistles are generally unwelcome guests in gardens, but this one was allowed to show off its colour in Bodnant Garden, Wales. It seems it is garden-friendly.

It just a terrible thing when you can't trust your own mind.

Isaac Newton, born December 25, 1642, Woolsthorpe, Lincolnshire, England, died March 20, 1727, London. English physicist and mathematician, who was the culminating figure of the Scientific Revolution of the 17th century.

Born in the Woolsthorpe, Newton was the son of a local farmer (500 acres). A weak premature baby, Newton was not expected to survive his first day of life, much less 84 years. Deprived of a father before birth, he soon lost his mother who married a second time and his grandmother brought him up.

Tyntesfield was saved by the National Trust and is a wonderful timecapsule of Victorian life in a grand house, upstairs and downstairs. It is just outside Bristol near Wraxall in North Somerset. It comes to life in Spring!

We're taught to expect unconditional love from our parents, but I think it is more the gift our children give us. It's they who love us helplessly, no matter what or who we are.

Song inspired - Trust Me (This Is Love)

When this trouble passes over

You and I will walk away

Knowing that our love survived

Another test of faith

You and I can walk on water

The river rises, we rise above

It may not look that way right now

But trust me, baby this is love

Love isn't easy

I'm torn, I confess

When a heart is uncertain

It's bound to second guess

This love won't forsake us

So dry your tears I promise you

When this trouble passes over

You and I will walk away

Sunrise in the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust Reserve at Eades Meadow, on a beautiful late spring morning. Green winged orchids, bluebells, dandelion seed heads and cowslips (mainly!).

Close your eyes and trust it, just trust it

Have you ever thrown a fist full of glitter in the air?

Have you ever looked fear in the face

And said I just don't care?

And it's only half past the point of no return

The tip of the iceberg

The sun before the burn

The thunder before the lightning

Breath before the phrase

Have you ever felt this way?

Have you ever hated yourself for staring at the phone?

You're whole life waiting on the message to prove you're not alone

Have you ever been touched so gently you had to cry?

Have you ever invited a stranger to come inside?

It's only half past the point of oblivion

The hourglass on the table

The walk before the run

The breath before the kiss

And the fear before the flames

Have you ever felt this way?

Have you ever wished for an endless night?

Lassoed the moon and the stars and pulled that rope tight

Have you ever held your breath and asked yourself

Will it ever get better than tonight?

Open Ended

The sculpture Open Ended by the American artist Richard Serra weighs almost 216 tonnes. The corten steel work is 4 metres high, 18 metres long and 7 metres wide.

This is a piece full of contrasts: both heavy and elegant, industrial and organic, stately and playful, convex and concave. Six vaulted steel plates moulded together form a maze. Open Ended is a work best experienced by walking through it.

The border is a mix of herbaceous plants, such as Euphorbia 'Excalibur', Geranium 'Orion' and Cirsium rivalare 'Atropurpureum' and summer flowering shrubs, Staphylea holocarpa 'Rosea' and Deutzia longifolia 'Veitchii'.

“Do not lose hope — what you seek will be found. Trust ghosts. Trust those that you have helped to help you in their turn. Trust dreams. Trust your heart, and trust your story.
