The painting was completed in 1434 in Trulia, Italy. It depicts in surprsing graphic detail for the era, cherubs being admonished by a prominent cleric for expelling parcels of noxious vaporous fumes while flitting around and spewing nonsensical verbal profanities. The Meridian Building, with its distinctive brick exterior and centralized location, has been a landmark in Downtown West Palm Beach since 1926. Recently designated as a Historical

Building, The Meridian first opened as the Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Company Building, housing the original phone network for the area.

Of the 50 largest American cities, 72% are locations where it is more affordable to rent than to buy a two-bedroom apartment, condo and townhouse. In 20% of those cities, it is more affordable to rent, but buying may be more financial sound depending on the situation. Meanwhile, 8% of those cities are locations where it is more affordable to rent than to buy.
