Driving along the roads of Pakistan you will often come across 'Truck Art' and it's the beauty of the roads.
Truck art is a popular form of regional decoration in Pakistan. Pakistani decorated trucks servicing Afghanistan came to be known as jingle trucks by American troops and contractors.

Taken at Mother Road
Bodie, California. It would seem obvious for most people that climbing on this old truck would not be a good idea. However, there are those who need a sign advising them to not climb on the truck. The sign only stops the ones who can read and who actually care about preserving such a relic.
I have a choice of a truck for HTT or a fence for HFF. I'll go with the truck.

Apparently RPS Transport is missing one of its fleet.
RPS stands for "Roadway Package System." It was a company formed in 1985 and was the forerunner of UPS and FED-EX. It went out of business in about 2006. So 'Resting Peacefully Shipping' is quite a good guess!
This old Ford truck appears to be in better shape than the trailer. It looks like someone is living in the trailer. However, the truck hasn’t moved from this spot in a couple of months.
I have been waiting for it to move so I can get a better shot of both.
Happy Truck Thursday!
Four days after the big snow, removal of the snow banks was done on our street. Although the road had been cleared as the storm occurred, we were left with big banks that reduced the road to one lane.

The second item on my bucket list - a bucket of bolts. According to www.urbandictionary.com, a bucket of bolts is a machine that is old, run-down, or worn out. I think this old truck qualifies!
I got lucky with the horse in the background too. He decided to cross the entire field to get into the photo. Have a great weekend everyone!
A truck abandoned near Rhyolite, Nevada. Even though the Rhyolite became a ghost town in the 1920's, some mining has continued off and on in the area. This truck and the nearby abandoned cabin was probably used by miners.

Jerry Unser Motor Co; used this truck back in the day, towing an open trailer with Bobby Unser's race car on it. Now racing companies use huge trailers that include work shops and spare parts. The drivers fly from destination to destination or travel in luxurious motorhomes.

Happy Truck Thursday!
I saw this beautiful truck in the parking lot and had to get a shot before I left. I really hope to run into it when she's got her make up on.
RR32 makes it way back up the US Steel yard after spotting coils. Unfortunately I got cloudbanged on their way down. Not wanting to lose the shot i waited for them to double back, but alas a tanker truck bombed me as the unit crossed my shot. Oh well, the shot’s still alright.
