Turned into Tripadvisor a review that said, "Was running early to a conference in Bellevue I was photographing so I was very happy to have hailed a Lyft to the nearest IHOP. This IHOP franchise, like others I have been to, had excellent service and sweet pancakes. I was shown politely a table and since I already knew my order was served in a few minutes. For $10 + a tip, I had a great breakfast that powered me through a day where the previous night I had little sleep."

Photo was taken in Nikon D5300 food mode. Nothing wrong with once in a while using the special modes in the camera...

Hello, thank you for the excellent pictures. We are removing the sauna due to the occasional guest such as yourself damaging it. It cost several hundred dollars to fix the sauna when you poured water into it in 2013. There's no water or ladle in the sauna; did you get it from the pool? While the pool and Jacuzzi are popular with our guests, almost none use the sauna. Thank you for the opportunity to serve; best of luck in your future travels.

Thank you. We appreciate your input.

HOW DARE THIS MANAGER tell me it was because of me. That the sauna is being removed. When I checked into this overrated Holiday Inn express back in 2013. No one at your FRONT DESK told me hey we have an electric Sauna so don't pour any water on it? Nor were there any SIGNS INFORMING GUESTS like myself that one Shouldn't pour water on the rocks!!! I was honest about my visit and other visits to this HIE. How many other people poured water on the rocks since or before my visit to your Hotel and never told anyone. I have stayed at much better hotels with saunas and they were Real Saunas and they didn't have WATER OR A LADLE IN THE SAUNA. IF YOU JERKS WOULD HAVE INFORMED YOUR GUESTS WITH A SIGN STATING DON'T POUR WATER ON THE SAUNA ROCKS I WOULD HAVE NEVER POURED WATER ON THE ROCKS. Holiday Inn once stood as a great symbol for Hotels I see this isn't so in 2015 I demand you tell this manager how dare he accuse me of being the ONLY ONE to damage the sauna in 2013. I want a full refund of all my stays. And I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WHEN I TRAVEL TO WAYCROSS IN THE FUTURE! AND I WILL INFORM MY FRIENDS OF YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME! I BET YOUR MANAGER FEELS SO GOOD ABOUT HIMSELF WELL HE SHOULDN'T! AND HE SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO ME FOR WRITING SURE A LIBEL NOTE THAT I WAS THE ONLY THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE TO YOUR SAUNA!!!!!! And what about this info I found online>>>>>>(Did you know that it is a myth that a sauna heater can not be used with water? As a mater of fact all electric sauna heaters can be used with water. Ever been to a a hotel and they have a sign up warning you of possible shock hazard? HEY HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS YOU DIDN'T HAVE A SIGN IN 2013 NOT TO POUR WATER ON YOUR SAUNA ROCKS! This is just scare tactic! No commercial sauna would be wired in such a way that water on the rocks could provide a shock. Sauna heaters have been designed to produce steam by adding water on the sauna rocks the question is whether you want the humid hot temperature feeling or a dry hot heat feeling? It is just a matter of choice.

When adding water to the rocks of the sauna be careful not to add to much at once and be sure to use a sauna lade. The steam is very hot and a steam burn can happen quickly to bare skin. You also don't want to poor to much water on a sauna heater that will result in the water cooling off the rocks quickly reducing the heat in the sauna. If you are adding water to a sauna heater, be sure to ask the owner if a drain on the floor has been added as this might be another reason they don't want you to get the interior all wet.

Water on a sauna heater is a matter of choice. However one should mention that water of the sauna heater may reduce the life of the sauna element. This is typically why in commercial environments the owner's do not want you to put water on the sauna rocks. THIS IS WHY THE HOTEL SHOULD TELL IT'S GUESTS NOT TO POUR WATER ON THE ROCKS. Cebu Massage- The 15 Best Places for Massage in Cebu City - Foursquare, List of Massage Parlors, Spas and Wellness Centers in Cebu Webbline, The 10 Best Spas & Wellness Centres in Cebu City - TripAdvisor,

Tuesday 29 October 2013: Kalaw (ကလောမြု့) - Pindaya Caves (ပင်းတယရွှေဥမင်) - Nyaung Shwe (ညောင်ရွှေမြို့)

Awake early, to clear skies which made for some lovely final photos of Kalaw - Aung Chan Tha zedi (the mirror mosaic pagoda) and (again from the Winner Hotel's rooftop restaurant) the alms collecting monks returning to Thein Taung Paya monastery.

Bidding farewell to Kalaw, we boarded our bling bus and drove through the colourful Shan State (ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်) countryside to the Pindaya Caves. I'd taken "We venture into the labyrinth of tunnels with our guide to gain a better insight into its history" to mean we'd have a guided tour of the caverns, chambers and tunnels which house over 8,000 images of Buddha.... instead we were left to our own devices to explore the limestone caverns for an hour. Stunning - but I would have liked some explanation. Yet again, I regretted not bringing a guidebook.

Lunch at the Green Tea Restaurant - a lovely lakeside setting and set up, but catering solely for large western tour groups - then looping back through the fields and hills (I became a tad obsessed with getting a snap of the beautifully stacked cabbages and the wooden horse and carts collecting them) towards Nyaung Shwe, our Inle Lake (အင်းလေးကန်) base for the next few days.

We had a couple of stops en route: a viewpoint over the valley where the Myanmar Railway line loops back on itself (which apparently inspires poets), and at the fascinating Nan Cherry Bamboo Umbrella and Shan Paper shop near Heho (ဟဲဟိုး) where we got to see a family producing hand made petal decorated paper and traditional bamboo umbrellas. On the final approach to Nyaung Shwe we had some time to photograph the beautiful teak monastery of Shwe Yan Pyae.

Our home in Nyaung Shwe was the Hu Pin hotel, which provided a compact, simple but bijoux twin bed room and - most importantly - laundry facilities. The Explore and Exodus groups were staying here too - we overlapped with them both at various times on our trip. The lovely ladies on reception provided a map of the town, and Anna, Miriam, Joelle and I headed out to explore, visiting the Yadana Man Aung Paya as dusk fell.

For dinner, Anna, Miriam and I followed up on one of the suggested restaurants in Miriam's guide book rather than going for pizza with Josh and the rest of the group. The Aurora proved a winner: family run, local food and plenty of it. Wonderful. If you're ever in Nyaung Shwe, eat there.

Thank you TripAdvisor for helping me find yet another wonderful non-hotel place to stay. This was my window in the Pensão Policarpo, My bathroom was teeny but the window was heavenly and the cool old building, once a nobleman's house, was in a quiet part of town.

This was No.1 on our stay in more than one sense. This was where we were to start our holiday having already booked ourselves into the two best guesthouses/specialist accomodation, as rated on Tripadvisor, on both Mahe and La Digue islands in the Seychelles. We only discovered "Le Sans Souci" guesthouse by searching hard and finding them listed under Seychelles Secrets. Well, the secret is out, I'm going to shout loud and hard that this place is the best guesthouse in the Seychelles, and it will shortly get its listing on TripAdvisor. Just look at that view, over 180 degrees of the island. Watch out for my review on TripAdvisor.

L’ecosistema E015 e il concetto di COOPETITION

www.buytourismonline.com/eventi/coopetition/

“You will feel like family (and kings) at the Riad Dar Najat!”

My brother and I (20 and 23 years old) returned to New York last night from a 2 week trip, where our first five nights were spent at the Dar Najat after having seen great reviews on TripAdvisor. We had an incredible time and can not thank Oliver (the owner) and his great team at the Riad more for making our trip perfect. It is 5 minutes to the main square and all of the action in Marrakech, it has the best food, best people and best views, and the staff will help plan your days, and even arrange day trips for a reasonable price when necessary.

First of all, the price can not be beat. The beautiful tiles, artwork, trees, roof terrace, views, and architecture at the riad make you feel like you're in a mansion made for Kings, with a staff of wonderful young locals who became our great friends very quickly. The staff could not do more for you, and you will not find this service anywhere for five times the price.

One night we spent as much money on dinner (for two) at a nearby restaurant as one night in the riad cost us, and the dinner was NOWHERE NEAR as good as the complementary dinner we received the fist night and opted for (and paid muchhhh less for) several nights. The food at the Riad was the best food we had in all of Marrakech, and was cooked by Leila, a very sweet and beautiful girl who works at the Dar Najat.

I could go on and on, bust I must get back to life in America now.

If you go to Marrakech, STAY AT THE RIAD DAR NAJAT!!!!

(Even if your budget allows for a hotel five times the price. Trust me.)

I must also mention that you will be especially lucky if Oliver's mother Claudine is hanging around at the riad during your trip. She is a lovely old French woman who sits around with her adorable little dog Marcel. She will be more than happy to engage in conversation with you, and is very sweet and has a great sense of humor.

Littledean Jail - Home to the infamous Crime Through Time collection

Standing at the gateway to the Royal Forest of Dean, this former House of Correction – Littledean Jail was designed and built by the Pioneer of Prison Reform – Sir George Onesiphorous Paul and leading Prison Architect of his day – William Blackburn. As a result of the sudden death of Blackburn it was completed under the supervision of his new brother-in-law, architect William Hobson in 1791.

Policeman on a Horse under the Entrance of the Littledean Jail

This remarkable Grade II* listed building was built as the most up-to-date, revolutionary House of Correction of its time, and was later seen as the Government’s role model for London’s Pentonville Prison and taken across the seas for the world famous Philadelphian Cherry Hill Penitentiary System in America. It was built for the miserly sum of £1,650. The building work was started in 1788 by Gabriel Rogers, who went bankrupt as a result of not being able to complete the work at such low costs. London Builder J. Fentiman was brought in to finish the job.

Behind the austere gatehouse entrance, the prison, with it’s formidable sandstone façade remains much as it was when first built. Steeped in history and infamy, its awesome appearance provides a stark reminder of the hard labour and craftsmanship needed to build this architecturally important jailhouse.

www.littledeanjail.com/index.php/navigation/2013-12-12-18...

The titillating Hammer House of Horrors cult film - ‘House of Whipcord’ was set and filmed here in 1974 - still very much a cult film today. Littledean Jail still retains its magnetism as the perfect location for film location projects.
