C'est une belle architecture à admirer sans modération de l'extérieur, mieux vaut éviter d'être convié à l'intérieur...c'est le tribunal de grande instance de Bergerac en Dordogne !
La photographie de site (si l'on recherche une bonne composition et cadrage) en milieu urbain est très difficile cause circulation et toutes choses indésirables sur le cliché.
Ca ne parait pas sur l'image, mais on est vers le centre ville de Bergerac en plein mois d'août et c'est une ville très touristique, on ne dispose que de quelques petites secondes pour composer et déclencher pour ce genre de photo...la patience tout comme pour la photo animalière est de rigueur !

The purpose of the cellblocks within the Tribunal building was to hold the detainees during breaks in the court proceedings. It was not to detain them overnight which explains their exceptionally spartan appearance. The individual cells had one or several sets of two chairs and a table, all firmly attached to the floor. The cells had ordinary doors. Only the passage leading to the central cellblock area had solid security doors.

This is the rotunda in the lobby on Churchillplein 1 in The Hague, which housed the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) 1993-2017. Through this space one accessed Courtroom 1 and Courtroom 3. The public gallery of Courtroom 1 is behind the brown wall that can be seen across the rotunda. The building is today used by the successor organisation the IRMCT. Courtroom 3 does not exist any longer, but has been turned into meeting rooms.
