I'm happy to have completed the Wonderland trio, they are so colourful and pretty together!
0 BBY - The empire want to attack Yavin IV, the secret base of the rebels. The rebel pilot Kevin Fettsta take part in this important battle which decides the future of the galaxy. The rebel fleet attacks the imperial Death Star with many starfighters and Fettsta is part of the X-Wing fleet. So the attack starts and the rebels get trouble with TIE fighters. Because of a laser bombardement of TIE fighters Kevin's engines are destroyed and he loses the control of te ship. With a clever maneuver he can prevent the crash on the Death Star surface so he is lost in the far galaxy. The fighter float back to Yavin IV and Fettsta has to make an emergency landing. He crashes on to the surface and hit an old temple ruin. After the crash Fettsta get out of the starfighter and he discovers a water place. Can he survive on the planet and are the rebels lost? ....
This simple story should explain the build, my inspiration is from this artwork:
So I want to build something like that and I think about a small story to explain the build.

Tai finds a nice seat up his *mother's tree* in yard2...he's still sporting a pink head and neck from a rolling encounter will his red leafeater biscuits and some water.
Tate is the male red panda mate of Shama...the sky was very blue today but the temps were still a tad chilly. I loved seeing Tate's russet colors against the sky.

I got bored so I threw this together a few days ago. Sorry it isn't completely movie accurate, making do with the parts and figs I had.
So I decided that I would try to get myself into the Christmas mood early this year by decorating this little tree with lights...
Only it had other plans....
I started to put the lights on with no difficulty at all, when suddenly, the tree rebelled against my will! It threw the lights off and said, "I will not wear any lights this year!"
I fought back and struggled to get a few of the lights back on. But the more I tried, the stronger this tree became.
The epic battle raged on for hours and the tree only became more defiant. It kicked and scream and started throwing punches at me. I managed to miss the first few...but then he knocked me out cold.
When I woke up nearly 30 minutes later, I found the tree still and lifeless, and myself covered in lights...
I guess the evil little tree won.

If it is possible, I may have had a little to much fun with this one :P Even the story may have gone a tad to far...but oh well :P
I got this done with about 2 minutes to spare at 11:58pm. I only had about 20 minutes to shoot so I had to hurry if I wanted to get this right. It started with having to spend what seemed like an eternity to get the string of lights untangled from what was one massive knot. And then I have to experiment to get both the focus right and the lighting as close to right as I could. I was only really able to shoot 6 or 7 actual shots before being forced to look and see how I did.
Then after looking on my laptop I saw where I could improve and got off 4 or 5 more before midnight.
For those who will think that the tree is to dark, this is intentionally done on my part. Afterall, it is an evil tree, so it shall be dark :P
And TA DA!!!!!!!! The finished product :)

The concept for this book cover was something that I really enjoyed. I took the background photo (which I stitched together) in Sacramento at 1 in the morning on a school night. I feel like I could have done better type work, and with more time done better photoshop work. I think I was aiming too much to make something look like a book cover instead of trying to design something visually pleasing. Though overall I'm happy with it.
